MATERIAL FOR PAVING USING GRAVEL AND PAVING METHOD USING THE SAME
The present invention provides a pea gravel epoxy flooring agent having multifunctional properties such as a scenting function and antibacterial function. According to the present invention, a first main agent (11) is combined by mixing 40-90 parts by weight of a first epoxy resin having an epoxy resin equivalent weight (EEW) of 184-190, 2-20 parts by weight of a non-reactive diluent of polycarbonate (PC), 0.2-8 parts by weight of an ultraviolet stabilizer, 1-10 parts by weight of fragrance powder as a first additive, 1-10 parts by weight of an antibacterial agent as a second additive, 1-10 parts by weight of anion powder as a third additive, and 1-10 parts by weight of tourmaline as a fourth additive. In addition, a first curing agent (12) is combined by mixing 20-45 parts by weight of a polyamide resin having an active hydrogen equivalent weight (A.H.E.W) of 100-200 as a first curing agent resin, 1-10 parts by weight of an amine curing agent as a second curing resin, 1-10 parts by weight of a plasticizer as a non-reactive diluent, 0.5-5 parts by weight of an antibacterial agent as a first additive, 0.5-5 parts by weight of anion powder as a second additive, and 0.5-5 parts by weight of tourmaline as a third additive. The first main agent and the first curing agent are mixed at a weight ratio of 1.5-2.5 : 1.
본 발명의 목적은, 발향 기능 및 항균 기능과 같은 다기능 특성을 갖는 콩자갈 에폭시 바닥제를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 에폭시 수지 당량(EEW)이 184 ~ 190인 제1 에폭시 수지 40 ~ 90 중량부와, 폴리카보네이트(PC)의 비반응성희석제 2 ~ 20 중량부와, 자외선안정제 0.2 ~ 8 중량부와, 제1 첨가제로서 향기 파우더 1 ~ 10 중량부와, 제2 첨가제로서 항균제 1 ~ 10 중량부와, 제3 첨가제로서 음이온 파우더 1 ~ 10 중량부와, 제4 첨가제로서 토르마린 1 ~ 10 중량부를 혼합하여 제1 주제(11)를 배합하고, 제1 경화제 수지로서 활성 수소 당량(A.H.E.W)이 100 ~ 200 인 폴리아미드계 경화제 수지(Poly amide Resin) 20 ~ 45 중량부와, 제2 경화제 수지로서 아민 경화제 1 ~ 10 중량부와, 비반응성 희석제로서 가소제 1 ~ 10 중량부와, 제1 첨가제로서 항균제 0.5 ~ 5 중량부와, 제2 첨가제로서 음이온 파우더 0.5 ~ 5 중량부와, 제3 첨가제로서 토르마린 0.5 ~ 5 중량부를 혼합하여 제1 경화제(12)를 배합하며, 상기 제1 주제와 제1 경화제를 1.5 ~ 2.5 : 1 의 무게비로 혼합하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
