본 발명은 함마에 의해 분쇄된 슬라임을 신속하게 배출하면서도 슬라임배출관의 막힘 현상을 방지하고, 지상에서의 슬라임 배출을 원활히 제공할 수 있도록 하는 것은 물론이고, 코어절단수단을 개량하여 코어 분리 편리성과 코어절단수단의 유지 보수의 편리성도 있는 슬라임 배출 및 코어절단 기능이 개선된 코어배럴 함마 시스템을 제공코자 하는 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 파일 드릴링 머신의 회전구동 기어Box와 로드로 연결되며, 하향 개구된 코어성형공간이 내측에 형성된 원기둥 형상의 회전체에 설치한 복수의 에어함마와, 에어함마에 의해 분쇄된 슬라임을 배출하는 슬라임배출관과, 코어성형공간 내에 형성한 코어의 하단을 절단하는 코어절단수단을 설치하며, 상기 회전체의 상측에는 저장통받침을 설치하고, 그 상측으로 로드를 따라 승강할 수 있는 슬라임저장통을 형성하되, 슬라임저장통 내부에는 상기 슬라임배출관의 상단부를 배치하여 슬라임이 공급되도록 구성하며; 상기 슬라임배출관의 흡입측에는 걸름봉을 설치하여 흡입되는 슬라임의 크기를 제한하고, 슬라임배출관의 중간에는 압축공기가 분사되는 분사노즐을 설치하되, 상기 분사노즐은 슬라임이 배출되는 방향으로 압축공기를 분해하도록 구성한 것이다.
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a core barrel hammer system having improved slime discharging and core cutting functions, wherein the system prevents clogging of a slime discharge pipe even while quickly discharging slime crushed by a hammer, enables smooth slime discharge on the ground, and has an improved core cutting means such that core separation and maintenance of the core cutting means are convenient. The present invention is configured by installing: a plurality of air hammers, which are connected to a rotation drive gearbox of a pile drilling machine via rods and installed in a cylindrical rotation body in which a downwardly open core formation space is formed; a slime discharge pipe for discharging slime crushed by the air hammers; and a core cutting means for cutting the lower end of a core formed inside the core formation space. A storage container support is installed above the rotation body, and a slime storage container capable of ascending/descending along the rods is formed above the storage container support, wherein the upper end of the slime discharge pipe is disposed inside the slime storage container to supply the slime. A filtration rod is installed on a suction side of the slime discharge pipe to restrict the size of the suctioned slime, and a spray nozzle for spraying compressed air is installed in the middle of the slime discharge pipe, wherein the spray nozzle is configured to break down the compressed air in the direction in which the slime is discharged.

본 발명은 함마에 의해 분쇄된 슬라임을 신속하게 배출하면서도 슬라임배출관의 막힘 현상을 방지하고, 지상에서의 슬라임 배출을 원활히 제공할 수 있도록 하는 것은 물론이고, 코어절단수단을 개량하여 코어 분리 편리성과 코어절단수단의 유지 보수의 편리성도 있는 슬라임 배출 및 코어절단 기능이 개선된 코어배럴 함마 시스템을 제공코자 하는 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 파일 드릴링 머신의 회전구동 기어Box와 로드로 연결되며, 하향 개구된 코어성형공간이 내측에 형성된 원기둥 형상의 회전체에 설치한 복수의 에어함마와, 에어함마에 의해 분쇄된 슬라임을 배출하는 슬라임배출관과, 코어성형공간 내에 형성한 코어의 하단을 절단하는 코어절단수단을 설치하며, 상기 회전체의 상측에는 저장통받침을 설치하고, 그 상측으로 로드를 따라 승강할 수 있는 슬라임저장통을 형성하되, 슬라임저장통 내부에는 상기 슬라임배출관의 상단부를 배치하여 슬라임이 공급되도록 구성하며; 상기 슬라임배출관의 흡입측에는 걸름봉을 설치하여 흡입되는 슬라임의 크기를 제한하고, 슬라임배출관의 중간에는 압축공기가 분사되는 분사노즐을 설치하되, 상기 분사노즐은 슬라임이 배출되는 방향으로 압축공기를 분해하도록 구성한 것이다.
