Leveling system for power distribution pole and installation method thereof
The present invention relates to a leveling apparatus for a power distribution pole and an installation method thereof and, more specifically, to an installation method for a leveling apparatus provided to level a power distribution pole to which a power distribution line is connected. The installation method comprises: a ground leveling step of forming a horizontal installation surface by pressing a ground surface, in which the leveling apparatus is to be installed, with a roller; a leveling apparatus pole installation preparation step of removing foreign substances by cleaning the outer surface of the power distribution pole; a leveling apparatus installation step of installing the leveling apparatus on the power distribution pole so as to support the power distribution pole as well as level the power distribution pole; a leveling apparatus coupling check step of applying an external force to the leveling apparatus installed on the power distribution pole to check whether the leveling apparatus is moved; a leveling apparatus leveling check step of checking the leveling of the leveling apparatus installed on the power distribution pole; and a pole and fixed vertical pipe sealing step of applying silicon between the power distribution pole and a fixed vertical pipe of the leveling apparatus to prevent foreign substances or rain from being introduced therebetween. Therefore, the leveling apparatus is installed on the power distribution pole to which the power distribution line is connected, thereby supporting the power distribution pole such that the power distribution pole can be prevented from being inclined and can be leveled. Moreover, the leveling apparatus installation step further includes a context-awareness urgent work guide step of enabling a context-awareness urgent work guide means to identify a work state on the site and transmit a danger signal in case of an emergency. Therefore, the leveling apparatus is installed on the power distribution pole, to which the power distribution line is connected, to support the power distribution pole, thereby preventing the power distribution pole from being inclined by a dead load or an external force and leveling the power distribution pole.
본 발명은 배전용 전신주의 수평 유지 장치 및 그 설치방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 배전선로가 연결되는 배전용 전신주의 수평을 유지시키도록 된 수평 유지 장치의 설치방법으로서, 상기 수평 유지 장치가 설치되는 지면을 롤러로 가압하여 수평의 설치면을 형성시키는 지면 수평 평탄화단계; 상기 전신주의 외면을 세척하여 이물질을 제거하는 수평 유지 장치 전신주 설치준비단계; 상기 전신주를 지지함과 아울러 수평을 유지시키도록 상기 전신주에 전신주 수평 유지 장치 설치단계; 상기 전신주에 설치된 수평 유지 장치에 외력을 가해 움직임이나 이동되는지 확인하는 수평 유지 장치 체결확인단계; 상기 전신주에 설치된 수평 유지 장치의 수평을 확인하는 수평 유지 장치 수평확인단계; 및 상기 수평 유지 장치의 고정수직관과 상기 전신주 사이에 실리콘을 도포하여 상기 고정수직관과 상기 전신주 사이로 이물질이나 빗물이 유입되는 것을 차단시키는 전신주 및 고정수직관 실링 기밀단계로 이루어져, 상기 배전선로가 연결되는 전신주에 수평 유지 장치를 설치하여, 상기 전신주를 지지하여 기울러지는 것을 방지하고 수평을 유지시키도록 되며, 상기 전신주 수평 유지 장치 설치단계에는 위급상황작업인지안내수단에 의해 현장의 작업상황을 파악하고, 위급상황발생시 위험신호를 송출하도록 상황인지위급작업안내단계가 더 포함되어, 배전선로가 연결되는 전신주에 유평 유지 장치를 설치하여 전신주를 지지함으로써, 전신주가 자중이나 외력에 의해 기울어지는 것을 방지하고 수평을 유지시킬 수 있게 되는 효과가 있다.
