MULTI LINK HINGE
The present invention relates to a multi-link hinge. More specifically, the present invention relates to a multi-link hinge suitable for opening a relatively heavy door and capable of halting door movement. The present invention comprises: a housing which is installed in the body of a device equipped with a door; an arm which is installed on the door; a multi-link unit which includes a plurality of links pivotally interconnected between the housing and the arm; and a plate cover which protects the links that open in response to opening of the door, and includes a first plate cover connected to the housing to be rotatable, and a second plate cover pivotally connected to a link near the arm and to the first plate cover to be rotatable. An inner side of the first plate cover and an outer wall of the link corresponding to the same are each provided with a protrusion and a long groove such that the door stops moving when the first plate cover is pushed and the protrusion is fitted into the long groove.
본 발명은 멀티링크 힌지에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 비교적 무거운 무게의 도어 오픈에 적합하고, 도어의 동작 멈춤이 가능한 멀티링크 힌지에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 도어가 마련된 기구의 본체에 설치되는 하우징; 상기 도어에 설치되는 암; 상기 하우징과 암 사이에 회동 가능하게 상호 연결되는 복수 개의 링크로 구성되는 멀티링크부; 및 상기 도어의 오픈으로 개방되는 링크를 보호하는 것으로, 상기 하우징에 회동 가능하게 연결되는 제1 플레이트 커버와, 상기 암과 근접하게 연결되는 링크와 상기 제1 플레이트 커버에 각각 회동 가능하게 연결되는 제2 플레이트 커버로 구성되는 플레이트 커버;를 포함하고, 상기 제1 플레이트 커버의 내측 및 이에 대응되는 링크의 외벽에 각각 돌출부 및 장홈이 구비되어, 상기 제1 플레이트 커버의 누름 동작으로 상기 돌출부가 상기 장홈에 끼워지면 상기 도어의 동작이 멈추는 것을 특징으로 한다.
