The present invention relates to an auger screw for road paving equipment, and more specifically, aims to mix cement, aggregates (sands and gravels), water, and latex more efficiently and uniformly, and to greatly improve the strength and durability of the screw. The composition of the present invention is used when concrete manufactured by mixing cement, aggregates, water, latex, etc. for road pavement and comprises: a shaft (10) capable of rotating by a driving means; a screw (20) which has a helix unit (21) continued along a helical trajectory in the longitudinal direction at a circumference of the shaft (10) and supports the helix unit (21) by a plurality of posts (11) stood on the outer circumferential surface of the shaft (10); and a space unit (30) which is formed across the entire length section of the screw (20) between the outer circumferential surface of the shaft (10) and the inner circumferential surface of the helix unit (21). The screw (20) further comprises a pair of fixing bars (40) fixed between adjacent helix units (21) and a middle wing (50) fixed to the middle of the fixing bar (40) and slantingly installed in a helical direction of both helix units (21).
본 발명은 도로 포장설비의 오거 스크류에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 시멘트, 골재(모래, 자갈), 물, 라텍스를 보다 효율적으로 균일하고 고르게 혼합이 이루어지도록 하고, 스크류의 강도와 내구성을 대폭 향상시킬 수 있도록 발명된 것이다. 본 발명의 구성은 도로 포장을 위해 시멘트, 골재, 물, 라텍스 등을 섞어서 만든 콘크리트를 혼합할 때 사용하는 것으로서, 구동수단에 의해 회전이 가능한 샤프트(10)와, 상기 샤프트(10)의 둘레에서 길이 방향으로 나선형 궤적을 따라 나선부(21)가 이어지고 샤프트(10)의 외주면에 세워진 다수 개의 포스트(11)들에 의해 나선부(21)를 지지하는 스크류(20)와, 상기 샤프트(10)의 외주면과 나선부(21)의 내주면 사이에는 스크류(20)의 전체 길이 구간에 걸쳐 공간부(30)가 형성되는 것에 있어서, 상기 스크류(20)에는 인접하는 나선부(21)들 사이에서 고정되는 한쌍의 고정바(40)와, 이 고정바(40)의 중간에 위치 고정되며 양쪽 나선부(21)의 나선 방향을 따라 경사지게 설치되는 중간날개(50)가 더 포함되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
