CASING GUIDE DEVICE AND CASING CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a casing guide device and a casing construction method using the same, designed to install a lower pile head exposed to the ground (G), align the lower pile head vertically and horizontally using the casing guide device on the lower pile head, and allow for connection by welding, thereby ensuring rapid and effective workability. According to the present invention, the casing guide device includes: a band-type guide which is mounted around the outer peripheral surface of the lower pile head, is initially set, and is then fixedly installed by a locking device; and a moving handle including a handle part integrally connected to the outer surface of a bending plate installed to contact the outer peripheral surface of the band-type guide.
지반(G)에 하부 파일 두부가 노출되도록 설치하고, 하부 파일 두부에 케이싱 가이드장치를 이용하여 상,하 정렬시킨 후, 서로 용접으로 연결할 수 있도록 하여 신속하면서도 작업성을 효과적으로 확보할 수 있는 케이싱 가이드장치 및 이를 이용한 케이싱시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 케이싱 가이드장치는 하부 파일 두부 외주면을 감싸 거치되어 초기 세팅된 후, 잠금장치에 의하여 고정 설치되는 밴드형가이드; 및 상기 밴드형가이드 외주면에 접하도록 설치되는 절곡판 외측면에 일체로 연결시킨 손잡이부를 포함하는 이동손잡이로 이루어지게 된다.
