A safety work device of a power transmission tower for preventing the fall of a worker and facilitating position fixing according to the present invention comprises: a worker moving rail installed while enveloping the outer circumfereted. The position fixing module includes: a fixing case; a tightening part formed while enveloping thntial surface of a power transmission tower in an annular shape and having a concave groove part with a predetermined width formed in the longitudinal direction of a lower part; and a high-altitude work device having the shape of a box accommodating the worker moving rail, moving along the worker moving rail or fixed, and consisting of a fall prevention module for preventing the fall of a worker and a position fixing module for fixing the position of a worker. The fall prevention module includes: a prevention case; an accommodation part, which is the inner space of the prevention case, formed to accommodate the worker moving rail in an upper part and accommodate a control part and a rotation part below the worker moving rail; a control part for controlling the operation of the rotation part by raising and lowering a control trigger; and a rotation part placed below the control part, rotating while having a safety wire wound therearound, and interlocking with the control trigger during the descent of the control trigger to have the rotation thereof restrice worker moving rail in an upper part inside the fixing case, and tightening and coupling the worker moving rail to fix the position or loosening the tightening to release the position fixing; and a fixing part connected to the tightening part in a lower part inside the fixing case to adjust the coupling or release of the tightening part.
본 발명의 작업자의 추락 방지 및 위치 고정이 용이한 송전탑 안전 작업장치는, 송전탑 외주면을 환형으로 둘러싸며 설치되되 하부 길이 방향을 따라 소정 너비의 요홈부가 형성되는 작업자이동레일; 및 작업자이동레일을 수용하는 박스 형태로써 작업자이동레일을 따라 이동 또는 고정되며, 작업자의 추락을 방지하는 추락방지모듈 및 작업자의 위치를 고정하는 위치고정모듈로 구성되는 고공작업장치;를 포함하되, 추락방지모듈은, 방지케이스; 방지케이스의 내부 공간으로써 상부로는 작업자이동레일을 수용하고 작업자이동레일 하부로 제어부 및 회전부를 수용하도록 형성되는 수용부; 제어트리거가 승강하며 회전부의 동작을 제어하는 제어부; 제어부 하부에 위치하며, 안전와이어가 권취되어 회전하고, 제어트리거 하강 시 제어트리거와 맞물리며 회전이 제한되는 회전부;를 포함하며, 위치고정모듈은, 고정케이스; 고정케이스 내부 상측에서 작업자이동레일을 감싸며 형성되어 작업자이동레일을 조이면서 결속하여 위치를 고정하거나 또는 조임을 풀면서 위치 고정을 해제하도록 구비되는 조임부; 및 고정케이스의 내부 하측에서 조임부에 연결되어 조임부의 결속 또는 해제를 조절하는 고정부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

A safety work device of a power transmission tower for preventing the fall of a worker and facilitating position fixing according to the present invention comprises: a worker moving rail installed while enveloping the outer circumfereted. The position fixing module includes: a fixing case; a tightening part formed while enveloping thntial surface of a power transmission tower in an annular shape and having a concave groove part with a predetermined width formed in the longitudinal direction of a lower part; and a high-altitude work device having the shape of a box accommodating the worker moving rail, moving along the worker moving rail or fixed, and consisting of a fall prevention module for preventing the fall of a worker and a position fixing module for fixing the position of a worker. The fall prevention module includes: a prevention case; an accommodation part, which is the inner space of the prevention case, formed to accommodate the worker moving rail in an upper part and accommodate a control part and a rotation part below the worker moving rail; a control part for controlling the operation of the rotation part by raising and lowering a control trigger; and a rotation part placed below the control part, rotating while having a safety wire wound therearound, and interlocking with the control trigger during the descent of the control trigger to have the rotation thereof restrice worker moving rail in an upper part inside the fixing case, and tightening and coupling the worker moving rail to fix the position or loosening the tightening to release the position fixing; and a fixing part connected to the tightening part in a lower part inside the fixing case to adjust the coupling or release of the tightening part.
