The present invention mainly relates to a sewage and wastewater catcher that receives domestic sewage and wastewater discharged from homes or buildings, precipitates sediments, and drains the sewage and wastewater, comprising: a joint part located on the outside of a water sump to adjust the angle; a damper that is fixedly installed on one side of a sewage and wastewater outlet located inside the water sump and has an opening and closing degree varying depending on the amount of sewage and wastewater discharged; and a tray that is formed to be located at a lower part of the sewage and wastewater outlet and consists of a tray that receives the sewage and wastewater discharged from the sewage and wastewater outlet and supplies the overflowing sewage and wastewater to the water sump.
본 발명은 주로 가정 또는 건물 등에서 배출되는 생활 오·폐수를 받아 침전물은 침전시키고 오·폐수는 배수시키는 오·폐수 받이에 관한 것으로, 그 구성은, 집수조 외측에 위치하여 각도 조절되는 관절부와, 상기 집수조 내측에 위치하는 오·폐수배출구 일측에 고정 설치되어 오·폐수의 배출양에 따라 개폐 정도가 달라지게 설치되는 댐퍼와, 상기 오·폐수배출구의 하부에 위치하도록 형성되어 오·폐수배출구에서 배출되는 오·폐수를 받아 넘치는 오·폐수를 집주조로 공급되게 하는 트레이로 이루어진다.
