The present invention relates to a weldless prefabricated deck structure. The weldless prefabricated deck structure of the present invention comprises: a perforated square tube which includes a support, a yoke, and a joist, and has a plurality of rectangular fastening holes provided on at least one side at regular intervals; a bracket which includes a plurality of rectangular overlapping holes overlapping with the fastening holes, and are simultaneously in close contact with two or more perforated square tubes adjacently placed; and a fastening bolt which includes a rectangular head and a threaded shaft part, is configured such that, in the state in which the bracket is in close contact with the two or more perforated square tubes, the rectangular head sequentially penetrates the overlapping holes and the fastening holes and is caught to the fastening holes by rotating inside the perforated square tubes, and fastens the bracket to the perforated square tubes together with a nut fastened to the shaft part. Therefore, weldless prefabricated deck structure of the present invention can improve the durability of the deck structure, preventing deformation or damage to each component during the process of coupling the support, the yoke, and the joist.
본 발명은 무용접 조립식 데크 구조체에 관한 것이다.이를 위한 본 발명의 무용접 조립식 데크 구조체는, 지주, 멍에 및 장선을 구성하되, 적어도 한 측면에 다수의 장방형 체결공이 일정 간격으로 구비된 타공 각관; 상기 체결공에 중첩되는 다수의 장방형 중첩공이 구비되고, 인접하게 배치되는 2개 이상의 타공 각관에 동시에 밀착되는 브라켓; 및 장방형 두부와 나사산이 형성된 축부로 이루어지되, 상기 브라켓이 2개 이상의 타공 각관에 밀착된 상태에서, 장방형 두부가 상기 중첩공과 체결공을 순차적으로 관통하여 타공 각관의 내부에 위치한 상태로 회전하여 체결공에 걸리도록 구비되며, 축부에 체결되는 너트와 함께 브라켓을 타공 각관에 고정하는 체결볼트;를 포함한다.이로써, 본 발명은 데크 구조체의 구성을 위하여 지주, 멍에 및 장선을 결합하는 과정에서 각 부재의 변형이나 손상이 발생되지 않으므로, 데크 구조체의 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
The present invention relates to a weldless prefabricated deck structure.
