INSULATING DRAINAGE BOARD AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF COLD STORAGE WAREHOUSE USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to an insulating drainage board and a floor construction method of a freezing low-temperature warehouse using the same, wherein an insulating drainage board (10) which is made of extrusion Styrofoam such that grooves (11, 12) may be formed at the lower surface as a water and air passing flow path, is arranged at a base upper end surface (30). A pedestal (20) is inserted to be supported with the base bottom surface by means of a hole (13) formed at the insulating drainage board (10), and a T-nut (22) is rotated at the upper end of the steel pedestal to adjust the upper end level. The insulation layer (40) is formed to maintain the uniform spray coating thickness according to the level of the T-nut (22) of the pedestal (20). The pad (23) of an elastic rubber material is attached onto the T-nut (22), and a plain concrete layer (50) is placed on the insulation layer (40). The insulating drainage board of extrusion Styrofoam blocks the introduction of condensation liquid water such that moisture may not be absorbed into the insulation layer of polyurethane spray coat so as to eliminate the deterioration of the insulation performance in the long term. By means of the pedestal which is installed on the base floor by penetrating the insulating drainage board, tensile force and bending stress generated at the finishing slab may be supported to prevent the problems of cracks and bottom sagging at the plain concrete layer. Therefore, difficulties with the prior art in quality management such as the generation of polyurethane shrinking and cracking which may be generated when a refrigerator is operated by means of the foaming of thick polyurethane foam with the thickness of 100-250mm, and fire and poisonous gas generation, caused by flames during the welding process, are prevented. The process is simplified by reducing the thickness of the spray coat on site and simply assembling the flat plate product which is processed in a factory, thereby improving constructability, managing the uniform product quality, and reducing construction costs.
본 발명은 단열배수판과 이를 이용한 냉동 저온창고 바닥시공방법에 관한 것으로, 저면에 통수 및 통기용 유도로서 홈(11,12)들이 형성되게 압출스티로폼으로 성형된 단열배수판(10)을 기초상단면(30)에 배치하며, 상기 단열배수판(10)에 형성된 홀(13)을 통해 패디스탈(20)을 기초바닥면에 지지되도록 삽입하고, 강재 패디스탈의 상단에 티-너트(22)를 회전시켜 상단 레벨을 조정하고, 단열층(40)이 패디스탈(20)의 티-너트(22) 레벨에 맞추어 균일한 뿜칠두께를 유지되게 형성하고, 티-너트(22)위에 탄성고무재의 패드(23)를 접착하고, 상기 단열층(40) 위에 무근콘크리트층(50)을 타설하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하여 구성함으로써, 압출스티로폴의 단열배수판이 결로수의 유입을 차단시켜 폴리우레탄뿜칠의 단열층에 수분이 흡수되지 않아 장기적으로 단열성능 저하가 없고, 단열배수판을 관통하여 기초 바닥에 설치되는 패디스탈로 마감슬라브에 발생하는 인장 및 휨응력 지지토록 하여 무근콘크리트층에서의 균열 및 바닥꺼짐 문제 발생을 방지하고, 종래 100~250mm 정도의 두꺼운 폴리우레탄폼발포로 냉동기 가동시 발생하는 폴리우레탄 수축균열 발생등 품질관리의 어려움, 용접 작업시 불꽃에 의한 화재 및 유독가스발생이 방지되고, 현장 뿜칠두께를 줄이거나 공장가공된 평판제품의 단순조립으로 공정을 단순화하여 시공성 개선 및 균일한 품질관리와 공사비절감등의 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
