Seismic retrofit slurry wall
The present invention relates to a seismic underground slurry wall, which integrates adjacent preceding and following panels which fix a connecting steel member at the front surface of a buried steel plate which is respectively buried at the front surface of the end portion of the preceding and following panels of an underground slurry wall, wherein mortar is placed at the accommodating groove unit at the front surface of the buried steel plate such that the connecting steel member may be buried. Therefore, the present invention effectively resists seismic earth pressure by means of strength in the surface of the underground slurry wall, and facilitates ease in construction and eliminates the necessity of an additional flame retarding process. As for the underground slurry wall, which is constructed after a vertical reinforcing rod and a horizontal reinforcing rod are respectively arranged at the trench formed under the ground, and a preceding panel and a following panel at which concrete is placed may be continuously constructed in an alternating manner according to the present invention, the buried steel plate may be respectively buried to be vertically continuous at the front surface of the end portion of the preceding panel and the following panel. At the front surface of the buried steel plate of the end portion of the preceding panel and the following panel, an accommodating groove unit is formed such that the left and right buried steel plates may be mutually connected by means of the connecting steel member provided at the front surface of the both buried steel plates in the accommodating groove unit. In the accommodating groove unit, mortar is charged such that the connecting steel member is buried in the mortar.
본 발명은 지하 연속벽의 선후행패널 단부 전면에 각각 매립된 매립강판의 전면에 연결강재를 고정하여 인접하는 선후행패널을 일체화하되 매립강판 전면의 수용홈부에 모르타르를 타설하여 연결강재를 매립함으로써, 지하 연속벽의 면내 강성에 의해 효과적으로 지진토압에 저항 가능하고 시공이 용이하면서도 별도의 내화 처리 과정이 불필요한 내진 지하 연속벽에 대한 것이다.본 발명은 지중에 형성된 트렌치에 각각 수직철근과 수평철근이 배근되고 콘크리트가 타설된 선행패널과 후행패널이 교대로 연속 시공되어 구축되는 지하 연속벽에서, 상기 선행패널과 후행패널의 단부 전면 측에는 매립강판이 상하로 연속되도록 각각 매립되고, 상기 선행패널과 후행패널 단부의 매립강판 전면에는 수용홈부가 형성되어 상기 수용홈부 내에서 양측 매립강판의 전면에 구비된 연결강재에 의해 좌우 매립강판이 상호 연결되며, 상기 수용홈부에는 모르타르가 충전되어 상기 연결강재가 모르타르 내부에 매립되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
