Membrane Tension Introduction System Using Steel Frame Rotation

The present invention relates to a membrane tension introduction system using steel frame rotation, which allows the safe introduction of tension using the rotation of steel arches. The membrane tension introduction system comprises: a first column (3); a second column (5) installed facing the first column (3) at a predetermined distance; a first support means (7) installed on one outer side of the first column (3); a second support means (9) installed facing the first support means (7) on one outer side of the second column (5); a first coupling bolt (11) installed on one side of the first support means (7); a second coupling bolt (13) installed facing the first coupling bolt (11) on one side of the second support means (9); a steel arch (15) located between the first support means (7) and the second support means (9) to be rotatable, providing tension to a roof membrane (14) during the counterclockwise rotation to tighten the roof membrane (14); a first rotational means (17) installed at one end of the steel arch (15) and connected to the first coupling bolt (11) in a rotatable manner to rotate the steel arch (15); a second rotational means (19) installed at the other end of the steel arch (15) at a predetermined distance from the first rotational means (17) and connected to the second coupling bolt (13) in a rotatable manner to rotate the steel arch (15); a first fixation means (21) fixing the first rotational means (17) on one side of the first support means (7); and a second fixation means (23) fixing the second rotational means (19) on one side of the second support means (9).

본 발명은 철골아치의 회전을 이용하여 장력 도입을 안전하게 할 수 있도록 하는 철골 회전을 이용한 막장력도입 시스템에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 제1기둥(3)과; 상기 제1기둥(3)으로부터 일정간격을 두고 제1기둥(3)에 마주보게 설치되는 제2기둥(5)과; 상기 제1기둥(3)의 외면 일측에 설치되는 제1지지수단(7)과; 상기 제1지지수단(7)에 마주보게 제2기둥(5)의 외면 일측에 설치되는 제2지지수단(9)과; 상기 제1지지수단(7)의 일측에 설치되는 제1결합볼트(11)와; 상기 제1결합볼트(11)에 마주보게 제2지지수단(9)의 일측에 설치되는 제2결합볼트(13)와; 상기 제1지지수단(7)과 제2지지수단(9) 사이에 회전 가능하게 위치되되, 반시계 방향으로 회전시 지붕막(14)으로 장력을 제공하여 지붕막(14)을 팽팽하게 해 주는 철골아치(15)와; 상기 철골아치(15)의 일 끝단에 설치되되, 제1결합볼트(11)에 회전 가능하게 연결되어 철골아치(15)를 회전시켜 주는 제1회전수단(17)과; 상기 제1회전수단(17)으로부터 일정간격을 두고 철골아치(15)의 타 끝단에 설치되되, 제2결합볼트(13)에 회전 가능하게 연결되어 철골아치(15)를 회전시켜 주는 제2회전수단(19)과; 상기 제1지지수단(7)의 일측에 제1회전수단(17)을 고정시켜 주는 제1고정수단(21)과; 상기 제2지지수단(9)의 일측에 제2회전수단(19)을 고정시켜 주는 제2고정수단(23)을 포함한다.
