Deck clip with excellent elastic support
The present invention relates to a deck clip with excellent elastic bearing power which is designed to fix deck materials installed on an upper side of a joist in a direction intersecting the joist. The deck clip comprises: a seating part placed on the upper surface of a joist; a pair of first elastic parts extending upwards from the front and back of the seating part; and second elastic parts extending laterally from the upper side of each of the pair of first elastic parts to elastically support the deck materials installed at the front and rear. Therefore, the deck clip including the first and second elastic parts can robustly and elastically support the deck materials, and effectively accommodate the expansion of the deck materials, thereby preventing the deck materials from shaking and noise originating from the deck materials.
본 발명은 장선의 상측에 상기 장선과 교차하는 방향으로 설치되는 데크재들을 상기 장선에 고정하기 위한 것으로, 상기 장선의 상면에 안착되는 안착부; 상기 안착부의 전방과 후방에서 상측으로 연장되는 한 쌍의 제1탄성부; 상기 한 쌍의 제1탄성부 각각의 상측에서 좌우 방향으로 연장되어 전후에 설치되는 데크재를 탄성지지하는 제2탄성부;를 포함하는 탄성지지력이 우수한 데크클립으로서, 제1탄성부와 제2탄성부를 포함하는 데크클립에 의해 데크재를 견고하게 탄성지지하고, 동시에 데크재의 신축을 효과적으로 수용함으로써 테크재가 흔들리거나 데크재에서 발생하는 소음을 방지할 수 있다.
