The present invention relates to a sound insulation material for reducing noise between floors of a building with an improved function. To this end, the sound insulation material (100) for reducing noise between floors of a building with an improved function, which has a structure composed of a slab (101), aerated concrete (102), and finishing concrete (103), comprises: a plurality of covers (150) which are installed and connected to each other, are installed at a lower part of the aerated concrete (102), and allow a plurality of vibration absorption units to be inserted and assembled into a seating unit (151) for waterproofness; and vibration absorption units (110 and 120) which are inserted and assembled into the seating unit (151), respectively, control vibrations while reducing repulsive elasticity, and block, absorb, and buffer noise and impacts so that the noise and impacts generated from an upper floor is not transmitted to a lower layer. Accordingly, the sound insulation material installed and used at an upper part of a slab between floors of a multi-floor building, such as an apartment, may have greatly improved quality and reliability of the sound insulation and absorption material for reducing noise between floors of the building by controlling vibrations while reducing repulsive elasticity and blocking, absorbing, and buffering noise and impacts so that the noise and impacts generated from the upper floor is not transmitted to the lower layer.
본 발명은 기능이 향상된 건축물 층간소음 저감용 차음재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 이를 위해 기능이 향상된 건축물 층간소음 저감용 차음재(100)에 관한 것으로, 슬래브(101)와 기포콘크리트(102) 및 마감콘크리트(103)로 이루어지는 구조에 있어서, 기포콘크리트(102)의 하부에 설치되며 일정 간격으로 복수개의 진동흡수부가 안착부(151)에 끼워져 조립되도록 함과 아울러 방수역할을 하고 더하여 연이어서 복수개가 연결 설치되는 커버(150); 및 안착부(151)에 각각 끼워져 조립되며, 반발탄성을 감소시키면서 진동을 잡아줌과 아울러 상층에서 발생된 소음 및 충격이 하층으로 전달되지 않도록 소음 및 충격 등을 차단, 흡수하여 완충시키는 진동흡수부(110)(120);가 포함된다. 상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명은 아파트 등과 같이 다층 건물의 층간 슬래브의 상부에 설치하여 사용함에 있어서 반발탄성을 감소시키면서 진동을 잡아줌과 아울러 상층에서 발생된 소음 및 충격 등이 하층으로 전달되지 않도록 소음 및 충격 등을 차단, 흡수하여 완충시키도록 한 것이고, 이로 인해 건축물 층간 차음 및 흡음재의 품질과 신뢰성을 대폭 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 것이다.

본 발명은 기능이 향상된 건축물 층간소음 저감용 차음재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 이를 위해 기능이 향상된 건축물 층간소음 저감용 차음재(100)에 관한 것으로, 슬래브(101)와 기포콘크리트(102) 및 마감콘크리트(103)로 이루어지는 구조에 있어서, 기포콘크리트(102)의 하부에 설치되며 일정 간격으로 복수개의 진동흡수부가 안착부(151)에 끼워져 조립되도록 함과 아울러 방수역할을 하고 더하여 연이어서 복수개가 연결 설치되는 커버(150); 및 안착부(151)에 각각 끼워져 조립되며, 반발탄성을 감소시키면서 진동을 잡아줌과 아울러 상층에서 발생된 소음 및 충격이 하층으로 전달되지 않도록 소음 및 충격 등을 차단, 흡수하여 완충시키는 진동흡수부(110)(120);가 포함된다. 상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명은 아파트 등과 같이 다층 건물의 층간 슬래브의 상부에 설치하여 사용함에 있어서 반발탄성을 감소시키면서 진동을 잡아줌과 아울러 상층에서 발생된 소음 및 충격 등이 하층으로 전달되지 않도록 소음 및 충격 등을 차단, 흡수하여 완충시키도록 한 것이고, 이로 인해 건축물 층간 차음 및 흡음재의 품질과 신뢰성을 대폭 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 것이다.
