PC Underground permanent wall using PC retaining pile and construction method thereof
The present invention relates to an underground permanent wall using a PC retaining pile and a construction method thereof, which may integrate a retaining wall with an underground exterior wall to be utilized as a permanent wall by a peristyle retaining method by installing a vertical reinforcement column on a front surface of some PC retaining piles of a plurality of PC retaining piles, then coupling a first strip, and forming a concrete permanent wall between vertical reinforcement columns, and in which separate basic pile construction supporting the weight of the underground exterior wall is not required. The underground permanent wall using a PC retaining pile of the present invention comprises: a plurality of PC retaining piles which are continuously embedded on the ground for peristyle retaining formation; a vertical reinforcement column which vertically comes in contact with the front surface of some PC retaining piles of the plurality of PC retaining piles exposed by excavating front ground of the PC retaining pile to have the same height as the height of an underground structure; a first strip which is provided in a horizontal direction on a front surface of the vertical reinforcement column at a slab position of each underground layer; a strut which is provided on a front surface of the first strip and then supports the first strip; and a concrete permanent wall which is installed between neighboring vertical reinforcement columns.
본 발명은 복수의 PC 흙막이 파일 중 일부 PC 흙막이 파일의 전면에 수직 보강 기둥을 설치한 후 제1띠장을 결합하되 수직 보강 기둥 사이에 콘크리트 영구 벽체를 형성함으로써, 주열식 흙막이 공법에서 흙막이 벽체를 지하 외벽과 일체화하여 영구 벽체로 활용하고, 지하 외벽 하중을 지지하는 별도의 파일 기초 시공이 불필요한 PC 흙막이 파일을 이용한 지하 영구 벽체 및 이의 시공 방법에 대한 것이다.본 발명 PC 흙막이 파일을 이용한 지하 영구 벽체는 주열식 흙막이 형성을 위해 지반에 연속 근입되는 복수의 PC 흙막이 파일; 상기 PC 흙막이 파일의 전면 지반을 굴착하여 노출된 복수의 PC 흙막이 파일 중 일부 PC 흙막이 파일의 전면에 지하 구조물 높이와 동일한 길이를 갖도록 수직 방향으로 접합되는 수직 보강 기둥; 지하 각층 슬래브 위치에서 상기 수직 보강 기둥의 전면에 수평 방향으로 구비되는 제1띠장; 상기 제1띠장의 전면에 구비되어 제1띠장을 지지하는 스트럿; 및 이웃하는 상기 수직 보강 기둥 사이에 설치되는 콘크리트 영구 벽체; 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
