본 발명은 내화충전제 낙하 방지를 위한 언더컷 연결장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 슬라브에 설치되는 다양한 슬리브 부재에 내화충전제를 공급하고 슬리브 연결부재와 언더컷 형태로 연결해 내화충전제의 설치상태가 보이지 않도록 설치하며, 슬리브 부재에 내화충전제가 설치되어 화재시 연기 등의 이동을 차단해 화재의 확산을 방지할 수 있도록 하되; 슬리브 부재에 콘크리트 채움홈을 설치해 슬라브의 콘크리트가 채워져 화재에도 무너지지 않아 낙하를 방지하고 내화충전제를 지지해 화재의 확산을 차단할 수 있도록 하는 내화충전제 낙하 방지를 위한 언더컷 연결장치에 관한 것이다.이러한 본 발명은 다층 건축물의 슬라브에 배관이 연결되며 내경에 내화충전제가 설치되어 화재 확산을 방지하는 연결장치로 이루어지되;부재 연결축의 내경에 내화충전제 설치홈이 형성되어 내화충전제를 설치하고 상기 내화충전제 설치홈의 한쪽으로 형성한 콘크리트 채움홈에 채워진 콘크리트 상부에 내화충전제가 걸려 낙하되지 않도록 형성되며 상기 내화충전제 설치홈의 상측에 슬리브 연결부재가 언더컷 형태로 결합하는 슬리브 부재를 포함하고;상기 슬리브 부재와 언더컷 형태로 결합하며 슬리브축의 하측선단에 내화충전제의 상측을 눌러 고정하는 경사면이 형성되고, 상기 경사면의 하측에 내화충전제의 내경을 보호하는 내경축이 형성되는 슬리브 연결부재를 포함하며;상기 슬리브 부재는 내화충전제 채움홈의 상측으로 상부 내경면이 형성되고, 상기 상부 내경면의 하측에서 내경방향으로 요철돌기가 형성되며, 상기 요철돌기의 하측으로 하부 내경면이 형성되는 것을 포함하는 것이다.
