The present invention relates to a high-efficiency embedding device for protecting an electric heating wire in a snow melting system. The high-efficiency embedding device for protecting an electric heating wire can prevent freezing of a road and effectively melt snow accumulated on a road surface by effectively transmitting thermal energy from an electric heating wire to the upper part of a road. The high-efficiency embedding device for protecting an electric heating wire includes: a U-shaped rail body formed of a metal material and having a predetermined length, wherein the electric heating wire is inserted and mounted on an inner space; and an insulation unit formed of an insulation material with a relatively low heat transfer coefficient on the outer side of a round bottom surface of the U-shaped rail body, wherein the insulation unit reduces heat emitted through the round bottom surface of the U-shaped rail body. The U-shaped rail body has the shape of a U-shaped rail and comprises a first side, a second side, and the round bottom surface connecting the first side and the second side. Therefore, the high-efficiency embedding device for protecting an electric heating wire can relatively and rapidly heat the road in the same condition and relatively improve energy efficiency of the snow melting system. Furthermore, the high-efficiency embedding device for protecting an electric heating wire can effectively transmit the heat supplied by the electric heating wire to a periphery through an opening hole. Moreover, the high-efficiency embedding device for protecting an electric heating wire can be relatively easily installed in an installation groove and stably maintain the inserted electric heating wire.
본 발명 스노우멜팅 시스템의 전열선 보호용 고효율 매입 장치는 전열선의 열에너지가 보다 효과적으로 도로의 상부로 전달되어 도로면에 쌓인 눈을 효과적으로 녹이고 도로 결빙을 방지할 수 있는 전열선 보호용 고효율 매입 장치에 관한 것으로, 금속소재로 이루어지고 소정의 길이를 갖되, 'U'자 형상을 갖는 레일 형태로 제1측면과 제2측면과 상기 제1측면과 제2측면을 연결하는 원형바닥면으로 이루어지고, 내부공간에 전열선이 삽입되어 안착되는 'U'자형 레일 본체;와 상기 'U'자형 레일 본체의 원형바닥면 외측면에 형성되며, 열전달율이 상대적으로 낮은 단열소재로 이루어져 'U'자형 레일 본체의 원형바닥면을 통해 열이 방출되는 것을 절감시키는 단열수단;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하여 스노우멜팅 시스템의 에너지 효율을 상대적으로 상승시키는 효과와 동일한 조건에서 상대적으로 빠르게 도로를 가열시킬 수 있는 효과와 전열선을 통해 공급되는 열이 개방공을 통해 보다 효과적으로 주변으로 전달되는 효과와 상대적으로 설치홈에 용이하게 설치할 수 있고, 삽입된 전열선을 안정적으로 유지시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a high-efficiency embedding device for protecting an electric heating wire in a snow melting system. The high-efficiency embedding device for protecting an electric heating wire can prevent freezing of a road and effectively melt snow accumulated on a road surface by effectively transmitting thermal energy from an electric heating wire to the upper part of a road. The high-efficiency embedding device for protecting an electric heating wire includes: a U-shaped rail body formed of a metal material and having a predetermined length, wherein the electric heating wire is inserted and mounted on an inner space; and an insulation unit formed of an insulation material with a relatively low heat transfer coefficient on the outer side of a round bottom surface of the U-shaped rail body, wherein the insulation unit reduces heat emitted through the round bottom surface of the U-shaped rail body. 본 발명 스노우멜팅 시스템의 전열선 보호용 고효율 매입 장치는 전열선의 열에너지가 보다 효과적으로 도로의 상부로 전달되어 도로면에 쌓인 눈을 효과적으로 녹이고 도로 결빙을 방지할 수 있는 전열선 보호용 고효율 매입 장치에 관한 것으로, 금속소재로 이루어지고 소정의 길이를 갖되, 'U'자 형상을 갖는 레일 형태로 제1측면과 제2측면과 상기 제1측면과 제2측면을 연결하는 원형바닥면으로 이루어지고, 내부공간에 전열선이 삽입되어 안착되는 'U'자형 레일 본체;와 상기 'U'자형 레일 본체의 원형바닥면 외측면에 형성되며, 열전달율이 상대적으로 낮은 단열소재로 이루어져 'U'자형 레일 본체의 원형바닥면을 통해 열이 방출되는 것을 절감시키는 단열수단;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하여 스노우멜팅 시스템의 에너지 효율을 상대적으로 상승시키는 효과와 동일한 조건에서 상대적으로 빠르게 도로를 가열시킬 수 있는 효과와 전열선을 통해 공급되는 열이 개방공을 통해 보다 효과적으로 주변으로 전달되는 효과와 상대적으로 설치홈에 용이하게 설치할 수 있고, 삽입된 전열선을 안정적으로 유지시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
