Construction for freerorm facade
The present invention relates to an irregular facade structure, which comprises: a base frame; an extrusion bar which is fixed to the upper surface of the base frame by bolt fastening, is internally penetrated in the width direction, is spaced at regular intervals in the length direction by partitions such that the interior is divided into a plurality of spaces, and has an upper movement groove formed on the upper surface, on which each partition is formed, by being downwardly recessed to a predetermined depth in the width direction; a forming bar which is provided in a frame-shape along the outer periphery of the bottom of an exterior panel by forming an inner movement groove and an outer movement groove in the length direction on the inner side and the outer side, respectively, such that each is recessed inwardly; a plurality of inverted L-shaped fixing brackets, each of which is formed in an inverted L-shape so as to be simultaneously in contact with one side of the forming bar and the bottom of the exterior panel, which has a shank formed with a threaded bolt such that a head part thereof can move along the inner movement groove and is inserted not to be separated from the inner movement groove, wherein the shank is fixed to one side surface of the forming bar by fastening a nut to an end protruding through a vertical plate surface, and the shank is fastened to a nut embedded in the bottom of the exterior panel, thereby being closely fixed to the bottom of the exterior panel; and L-shaped rotation brackets, each of which has one side coupled with the outer movement groove of the forming bar in a sliding manner and the opposite side connected to the one side to be rotatable, and which is alternately and closely fixed in the upper movement grooves formed on the upper surfaces at both sides of the extruded bar by bolts so as not to overlap each other. Therefore, the irregular facade structure significantly reduces construction time, thereby greatly reducing construction costs.
본 발명은 비정형 파사드 구조물에 관한 것으로서, 베이스 프레임; 상기 베이스 프레임의 상부면을 따라 볼트 체결에 의해 고정되고, 내부는 폭 방향으로 관통되게 하면서 격벽에 의해 길이 방향으로 일정 간격을 이격하여 내부가 복수의 공간으로 나누어지도록 하며, 각 격벽이 형성되는 상부면에는 폭 방향으로 일정 깊이가 하향 요입되도록 하여 상부 이동홈을 형성하는 압출 바; 내측면과 외측면에는 각각 내부로 요입되도록 길이 방향으로 내측 이동홈과 외측 이동홈을 형성하도록 하여 평판의 외장 패널에서 저면의 외주연부를 따라 테형상으로 구비되는 포밍 바; 상기 포밍 바의 일측면과 상기 외장 패널의 저면에 동시에 밀착되도록 ㄱ자형으로 형성되며, 머리부가 내측 이동홈을 따라 이동이 가능하도록 하면서 내측 이동홈으로부터 이탈방지되게 삽입되도록 한 볼트의 나사산을 형성된 축부는 수직의 판면을 관통하여 돌출되는 단부에 너트를 체결시켜 상기 포밍 바의 일측면에 고정되도록 하고, 수평의 판면을 통해서는 볼트의 축부가 관통하면서 상기 외장 패널의 저면에 매설된 너트에 체결되도록 하여 상기 외장 패널의 저면에 밀착 고정되도록 하는 복수 개로서 구비되는 ㄱ자형 고정 브라켓; 상기 포밍 바의 외측 이동홈에 일측면이 슬라이딩 결합하고, 타측면은 일측면에 대해 회전 가능하게 연결되도록 하면서 상기 압출 바의 양측에서 상부면에 형성한 상부 이동홈에 볼트를 이용하여 상호 중첩되지 않도록 교호로 밀착 고정되도록 하는 ㄴ자형 회전 브라켓으로 이루어지는 구성이다.
