본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 태양전지 모듈은 솔라 블라인드에 설치 사용되는 것으로, 반도체 기판의 후면에 제1 전극과 제2 전극이 나란하게 배치된 복수의 태양전지들, 상기 복수의 태양전지들을 연결하는 도전 패턴을 가지며, 상기 복수의 태양전지들이 설치된 기판, 상기 기판의 전면에서 상기 복수의 태양전지들을 밀봉하는 보호 필름을 포함하고, 상기 도전 패턴은, 상기 기판의 전면에서 상기 복수의 태양전지들을 연결하는 제1 패턴부와, 상기 기판의 후면에 형성된 제2 패턴부와, 상기 제1 패턴부와 상기 제2 패턴부를 전기적으로 연결하는 비아홀을 포함하고, 상기 비아홀의 적어도 일부는 충전물로 메워져 있다.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a solar cell module is installed in a solar blind. Moreover, the solar cell module comprises: a plurality of solar cells wherein a first electrode and a second electrode are arranged in parallel with each other on a rear surface of a semiconductor substrate; a substrate which has a conductive pattern for connecting the solar cells, and in which the solar cells are installed; and a protective film configured to seal the solar cells on a front surface of the substrate. The conductive pattern comprises: a first pattern unit for connecting the solar cells on the front surface of the substrate; a second pattern unit formed on the rear surface of the substrate; and a via hole in which the first pattern unit and the second pattern unit are electrically connected to each other, wherein at least a portion of the via hole is filled with a filling material.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, a solar cell module is installed in a solar blind.
