Manufacturing Method of Recycled Aggregate
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a recycled aggregate and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a recycled aggregate which reduces flying dust generated during the crushing and sorting stage of construction waste or waste concrete, and produces uniform, high-quality recycled aggregate. During the recycled aggregate manufacturing process, a process for preventing the generation of flying dust is needed, so that in the present invention, moisture is sprayed while transporting the recycled aggregate and the recycled aggregate that is not selected after spraying the moisture is cooled by a cooler, thereby reducing the generation of flying dust.
본 발명은 순환골재 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 건설폐기물이나 폐콘크리트의 파쇄 및 선별 단계에서 발생하는 비산먼지를 저감하고, 균일한 고품질의 순환골재를 생산하는 순환골재 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 순환골재 제조과정에서 비산먼지 발생을 막기 위한 공정이 필요한데, 본 발명에서는 순환골재를 이송하면서 수분을 분사하고, 상기 수분 분사 후 선별되지 않은 순환골재는 냉각기에 의해 냉각함으로써 비산먼지의 발생을 저감시키는 효과가 있다.
