본 발명은 건축용 외장패널의 단열구조에 관한 것으로, 수평프레임과 수직프레임의 전면에는 외장패널이 간격을 이루며 결합되고, 상기 수평프레임 및 수직프레임과 외장패널의 사이에는 단열부재가 결합된 건축용 외장패널의 단열구조에 있어서, 가로 방향으로 설치된 수평프레임의 사이에는 내측에 형성되는 공간을 최소화하여 열손실을 방지할 수 있도록 외측부가 개방된 구조를 이루는 'ㄷ' 형상의 수직프레임 1쌍이 좌우 대칭 구조를 이루며 세로방향으로 결합되고, 상기 수평프레임의 전면으로 돌출된 수직프레임의 양측에는 단열부재가 수평프레임의 길이 방향으로 결합되며, 상기 수직프레임의 양측에 밀착되는 단열부재에는 전후로 간격을 이루며 전후 대칭으로 어댑터가 각각 결합되고, 두 개의 어댑터를 연결하여 공간을 밀폐할 수 있도록 상기 어댑터에 대향하게 형성된 결합부에는 제1단열재가 결합되는 내진성능이 강화된 건축용 외장패널의 단열구조를 제안한다.따라서 본 발명은 외부로부터 프레임의 내측으로 유입되는 찬 공기를 복수의 단열재가 다중으로 차단하게 되어 내진성능이 강화되고, 프레임의 내측에 형성된 공간에 의한 열손실을 최소화할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 또한, 단열부재를 통해 프레임 측으로 유입되는 공기를 어댑터 및 제1단열재로 밀폐하여 차단함으로써 단열효율을 높일 수 있는 효과가 있다.
The present invention relates to an insulation structure of an exterior panel for construction, which transforms a shape of a frame to reduce an inner space, and can be sealed by multiple insulation materials by an adapter to minimize heat loss. According to the present invention, an exterior panel is coupled at an interval on front surfaces of horizontal and vertical frames, and an insulation panel is coupled between the horizontal and vertical frames and the exterior panel. Also, a pair of the vertical frames are horizontally formed at an interval to reduce an inner space, and are coupled to the horizontal frames of both sides, respectively. Also, a pair of adapters connected by a first insulating material are coupled at an interval in a front/rear direction in the insulation member in close contact with both sides of the vertical frames protruding to a front surface of the horizontal frames. Accordingly, cold air introduced inside a frame from the outside is blocked in a multiple manner by a plurality of insulating materials, such that heat loss can be minimized by a space formed inside the frame. In addition, air introduced toward the frame through the insulation member is sealed and blocked by the adapters and the first insulating material, such that insulation efficiency can increase.

본 발명은 건축용 외장패널의 단열구조에 관한 것으로, 수평프레임과 수직프레임의 전면에는 외장패널이 간격을 이루며 결합되고, 상기 수평프레임 및 수직프레임과 외장패널의 사이에는 단열부재가 결합된 건축용 외장패널의 단열구조에 있어서, 가로 방향으로 설치된 수평프레임의 사이에는 내측에 형성되는 공간을 최소화하여 열손실을 방지할 수 있도록 외측부가 개방된 구조를 이루는 'ㄷ' 형상의 수직프레임 1쌍이 좌우 대칭 구조를 이루며 세로방향으로 결합되고, 상기 수평프레임의 전면으로 돌출된 수직프레임의 양측에는 단열부재가 수평프레임의 길이 방향으로 결합되며, 상기 수직프레임의 양측에 밀착되는 단열부재에는 전후로 간격을 이루며 전후 대칭으로 어댑터가 각각 결합되고, 두 개의 어댑터를 연결하여 공간을 밀폐할 수 있도록 상기 어댑터에 대향하게 형성된 결합부에는 제1단열재가 결합되는 내진성능이 강화된 건축용 외장패널의 단열구조를 제안한다.따라서 본 발명은 외부로부터 프레임의 내측으로 유입되는 찬 공기를 복수의 단열재가 다중으로 차단하게 되어 내진성능이 강화되고, 프레임의 내측에 형성된 공간에 의한 열손실을 최소화할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 또한, 단열부재를 통해 프레임 측으로 유입되는 공기를 어댑터 및 제1단열재로 밀폐하여 차단함으로써 단열효율을 높일 수 있는 효과가 있다.
