The present invention relates to a surface-contactable wave dissipating block and an offshore structure having the same. According to the present invention, the wave dissipating block includes two partial bodies (20) arranged for central axis directions to face opposite sides. The partial body (20) includes: a pair of outer inclined surfaces (21) corresponding to the two hypotenuses of a first triangle; a pair of inner inclined surfaces (22) smaller than the first triangle and sharing a bottom with the first triangle, wherein the pair of inner inclined surfaces correspond to the two hypotenuses of a second triangle in which the center axis is aligned with the first triangle; the bottom (23) corresponding to the bottom of the first triangle and connecting an end of the inner inclined surface (22) and an end of the outer inclined surface (21); and a side (28) in which an edge is limited by the outer inclined surface (21), the inner inclined surface (22), and the bottom (23). The center axes of the two partial bodies (20) are aligned with each other, and the two partial bodies (20) have a merged form to be vertical to each other around the center axes. The first triangle and the second triangle are equilateral triangles. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a wave dissipating block in which a shaking phenomenon does not occur due to the stable mounting posture thereof and the offshore structure having the same.
본 발명의 소파블록은, 제1삼각형의 두 빗변과 대응하는 한 쌍의 외측빗면(21); 상기 제1삼각형보다 작고 상기 제1삼각형과 밑변을 공유하며 상기 제1삼각형과 중심축이 정렬된 제2삼각형의 두 빗변과 대응하는 한 쌍의 내측빗면(22); 상기 제1삼각형의 밑변과 대응하고, 상기 외측빗면(21)의 단부와 내측빗면(22)의 단부를 연결하는 밑면(23); 및 가장자리가 상기 외측빗면(21), 내측빗면(22) 및 밑면(23)에 의해 규정되는 측면(28);을 포함하는 부분몸체(20) 두 개를, 중심축 방향이 반대를 향하도록 배열되며 그 중심축이 서로 정렬되고 상기 중심축을 기준으로 두 부분몸체(20)가 수직을 이루도록 병합한 형태를 가진다. 상기 제1삼각형과 제2삼각형은 정삼각형이다.
