본 발명은 별도의 복잡한 유닛 없이 프레임들이 직각 또는 건축평면에 따른 필요 각도를 정확하게 구현할 수 있도록 하고, 코너연결부재와 프레임을 용이하게 중첩되어 결합할 수 있도록 하고, 건축유닛의 제작 및 이동 후 상하좌우 건축유닛간 결합을 용이하게 하여, 공기 및 제조 비용을 감소시킬 수 있도록 하는 조립식 건축물용 프레임 중첩 결합 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 코너연결몸체가 육면체로 형성되므로, 코너연결몸체에 결합되는 프레임들이 직각 또는 건축평면에 따른 필요 각도를 정확하게 구현할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 코너연결부재와 프레임이 상호 결합될 때, 코너연결부재의 결합돌출부가 프레임의 끼움홈을 따라 중첩되어 슬라이딩 가능하도록 구성되므로, 코너연결부재와 프레임의 결합과정에서 발생되는 오차를 보정할 수 있어, 건축유닛의 제작 및 이동 후 상하좌우 건축유닛간 결합을 용이하게 하여, 공기 및 제조 비용을 감소시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
The present invention relates to a frame overlapping-combination system for a prefabricated building, capable of enabling frames to accurately embody a right angle or a required angle in accordance with an architectural plan without a separate complex unit, easily overlapping and combining a corner connection member with a frame, and facilitating the combination of upper and lower and left and right construction units after the manufacture and transport of the construction units, thereby reducing construction periods and manufacturing costs. According to the present invention, since a corner connection body is formed into a hexahedral shape, there can be an effect of enabling frames combined with the corner connection body to accurately embody a right angle or a required angle in accordance with an architectural plan. Moreover, when a corner connection member and a frame are combined with each other, a combination protrusion part of the corner connection member is overlapped to be slidable along an insertion groove of the frame, and, accordingly, an error occurring during a combination procedure of the corner connection member and the frame can be corrected, and thus, the combination between upper and lower and left and right construction units is facilitated after the manufacture and transport of the construction units, which can lead to an effect of reducing construction periods and manufacturing costs.
