The present invention relates to a premix powder quantitative supply device. A structure of the premix powder quantitative supply device has been improved to control the moisture content (humidity) while feeding the premix for shotcrete on powder stored in a hopper part so that dust generation is prevented and quantitative feeding is possible using a screw conveyor part. In particular, the premix is fed in a wet state and a hydration reaction that occurs after being put into a pumper is maintained uniformly throughout, thereby improving the quality of on-site shotcrete. Main components of the premix powder quantitative supply device include a hopper part (10), a screw conveyor part (20), a water spray part (30), a humidity sensor part (40), and a humidity control part (50).
