A reinforcing bar (rebar) coupler with improved concrete bonding strength is disclosed. The rebar coupler with improved concrete bonding strength of the present invention comprises: a hollow tube-shaped body (110) in which insertion holes (112) into which a rebar is inserted are formed on both sides of the body (111), and first screw threads (113) are formed at a certain length on both outer peripheral surfaces of the body (111); a cap body (131) having a cap insertion hole (132) formed on one side and a second screw thread (133) screwed to the first screw thread (113) formed on the inner wall of the other side; a pair of caps (130) having an internal inclined surface (134) whose inner diameter gradually widens from the cap insertion hole (132) to the inner wall surface of the cap body (131) where the second screw thread (133) begins; and a pair of lockers (120) having a plurality of pressing pieces (121) with spikes (123) protruding on the inner wall surface, formed in an arc shape in cross-section and provided with an outer wall surface having the same inclination angle as the inner inclined surface (134) of the cap (130).
"향상된 콘크리트 결합력을 갖는 철근 커플러"가 개시된다. 본 발명에 의한 "향상된 콘크리트 결합력을 갖는 철근 커플러"는, 바디본체(111)의 양측에 철근이 삽입되는 삽입구(112)가 형성되며, 바디본체(111)의 양측 외주면에 제1나사산(113)이 일정길이 형성된 중공관 형상의 바디(110)와; 일측에 캡삽입구(132)가 형성되고, 타측 내벽면에 상기 제1나사산(113)에 나사결합되는 제2나사산(133)이 형성된 캡본체(131)와, 상기 캡삽입구(132)로부터 상기 제2나사산(133)이 시작되는 캡본체(131)의 내벽면까지 점차 내경이 넓어지는 내부경사면(134)을 갖는 한 쌍의 캡(130)과; 단면이 호 형태로 형성되며 외벽면이 상기 캡(130)의 내부경사면(134)과 동일한 경사각을 갖도록 구비되며, 내벽면에 돌출형성된 스파이크(123)를 갖는 복수개의 압착편(121)을 갖는 한 쌍의 라커(120)를 포함한다. 또한, 상기 바디(110)의 삽입구(112)와 상기 라커(120) 사이에 구비되는 고정링(141)과, 상기 고정링(141)으로부터 이웃하는 한 쌍의 압착편(121) 사이로 삽입되어 상기 압착편(121)의 위치를 안내하는 복수개의 가이드(143)를 갖는 한 쌍의 가이드부재(140)와; 상기 바디(110)의 내벽면에 외접하게 관통 배치되며, 양단이 상기 바디(110)의 양측 삽입구(112)를 통해 일정길이 노출되어 상기 가이드부재(140)를 탄성적으로 지지하는 탄성지지부재(150)를 포함할 수 있다.

A reinforcing bar (rebar) coupler with improved concrete bonding strength is disclosed.
