BRIDGE LIFTING SYSTEM USING COMPUTER CONTROL
The purpose of one embodiment of the present invention is to provide a new type of computer-controlled bridge lifting system that allows precise and stable lifting by adjusting the entire deck or/and specific parts of the deck using various sensors. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a computer-controlled bridge lifting system comprises: a load value check part which checks a load value applied to a first hydraulic jack; a load value determination part which controls the operation of a hydraulic unit (A); a tilt check part which checks the degree of tilt of a top plate; a normal tilt adjustment part which controls the hydraulic unit (A) so that the first hydraulic jack is raised and lowered to a target height; and an abnormal tilt adjustment part which controls the hydraulic unit and a first auxiliary support means to simultaneously adjust the height of the corresponding first hydraulic jack and the first auxiliary support means at the position where the center of gravity of the top plate is tilted.
본 발명의 일 실시예는 제1 유압잭에 가해진 하중값을 체크하는 하중값 체크부와, 유압유닛(A)의 동작을 제어하는 하중값 판단부와, 상판의 기울어진 정도를 체크하는 기울기 체크부와, 제1 유압잭이 목표 높이 만큼 승강되도록 유압유닛(A)을 제어하는 정상 기울기 조정부와, 상판의 무게 중심이 쏠린 위치에 있는 해당하는 제1 유압잭 및 제1 보조지지수단의 높이를 동시에 조정하도록 유압유닛 및 제1 보조지지수단을 제어하는 비정상 기울기 조정부를 포함한다.
