The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a wall material or a flooring material with antimicrobial and deodorizing functions. The method for manufacturing a wall material or a flooring material with antimicrobial and deodorizing functions of the present invention comprises: a grinding step of grinding mica with a ball mill, to produce mica powder; a mixing step of preparing a powdery foaming agent, and mixing the same with the mica powder to prepare mixed powder; a firing step of manufacturing a foam molded member by foaming the mixed powder; a binder application step of mixing and stirring cement and water to produce a binder, and then applying the binder to one surface of the foam molded member; and an attachment step of attaching a hard finishing material to the surface of the foam molded member to which the binder is applied, and then drying the same to produce a wall material or a flooring material.
본 발명은 항균 및 탈취 기능을 가진 벽재 또는 바닥재 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 항균 및 탈취 기능을 가진 벽재 또는 바닥재 제조 방법은, 운모를 볼밀로 분쇄하여 운모분말을 제조하는 분쇄단계와; 상기 운모분말 중량의 1/10 ~ 1/20배 중량의 분말상의 발포제를 준비한 후 상기 운모분말과 혼합하여 혼합분말을 제조하는 혼합단계와; 성형틀을 준비한 후 상기 혼합분말을 성형틀에 주입한 후 압력을 가해 성형한 후 800 ~ 1300℃의 온도로 소성하여 상기 혼합분말을 발포시켜 발포성형부재를 제조하는 소성단계와; 시멘트와 물을 혼합 및 교반하여 바인더를 제조한 후 상기 발포성형부재의 일면에 바인더를 도포하는 바인더도포단계와; 상기 바인더가 도포된 발포성형부재의 표면에 경질의 마감재를 부착한 후 건조하여 벽재 또는 바닥재를 제조하는 부착단계;를 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 의해, 운모의 함량을 높여 원적외선의 방사도, 탈취성, 항균성을 높이되, 바인더를 이용하여 경질의 마감재를 일체로 부착시킴으로써 별도의 연결구 사용을 최소화하면서 발포성형부재가 분리되는 현상을 최소화할 수 있게 된다. 더하여, 침상형 결정구조를 갖는 미량의 아라고나이트가 첨가되어 백색도가 향상됨과 더불어 강도를 증진시키고 탈취성을 보다 개선시킬 수 있게 된다. 또한, 미량의 메타규산소다를 이용하여 가공 중의 원료간의 결합력을 증대시켜 제조가 보다 용이하게 이루어질 수 있게 된다. 더하여, 운모 분말 및 아라고나이트 분말을 선 혼합 후 과립기를 이용하여 과립으로 제조한 후 나머지 원료와 혼합하여 성형함으로써 아라고나이트와 운모가 고르게 혼합되어 아라고나이트가 고르게 분포되어 품질의 균일성을 확보할 수 있게 된다.
