Disclosed are an insulation-integrated deck plate with improved workability that is easy to couple and a construction method using the same. The construction method, which is a construction method for manufacturing a structure using a plurality of deck plates including a frame unit, a steel plate coupled to the lower part of the frame unit, an insulation material coupled to the lower part of the steel plate, and a connection unit including a first coupling part, which is installed on one side of the frame unit to be able to rotate relatively, and a second coupling part, which is installed on the other side of the frame unit to be able to rotate relatively, comprises the processes of: arranging a plurality of deck plates side by side; bring the frame unit of one deck plate among the plurality of deck plates into contact with the frame unit of another deck plate to insert the first coupling part of the one deck plate into the second coupling part of the other deck plate; allowing the first coupling part of the one deck plate and the second coupling part of the other deck plate to rotate on the axis thereof, thereby fixing the one deck plate and the other deck plate to each other; and constructing a structure by pouring concrete into the one deck plate and the other deck plate.
체결이 용이한 시공성을 개선한 단열재 일체형 데크플레이트 및 이를 이용한 시공 방법을 개시한다. 시공 방법은 골조유닛과, 골조유닛의 하부에 결합되는 강판과, 강판의 하부에 결합되는 단열재와, 골조유닛의 일측에 상대 회전 가능하게 설치되는 제1 결합부와 골조유닛의 타측에 상대 회전 가능하게 설치되는 제2 결합부를 포함하는 연결유닛을 구비한 데크플레이트를 복수개 이용하여 구조물을 제작하는 시공 방법으로서, 복수의 데크플레이트를 서로 나란하게 배치시키는 과정과, 복수의 데크플레이트 중 일 데크플레이트의 골조유닛과 타 데크플레이트의 골조유닛을 서로 접촉시켜, 일 데크플레이트의 제1 결합부를 타 데크플레이트의 제2 결합부에 삽입시키는 과정과, 일 데크플레이트의 제1 결합부와 타 데크플레이트의 제2 결합부가 자전하며, 일 데크플레이트와 타 데크플레이트를 서로 고정시키는 과정과, 일 데크플레이트와 타 데크플레이트에 콘크리트를 타설하여, 구조물을 시공하는 과정을 포함한다.
