The present invention relates to a floating sea-waste collecting system in which when a main body with rotatably installed blades moves up and down along the waves, the energy generated by these waves is stored in a spring using a recoil starter, and then the blades are rotated with the energy stored in the spring to collect waste, thereby continuously collecting sea-waste without using electricity.
본 발명은 부유식 해양 쓰레기 포집장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 블레이드가 회전가능하게 설치된 본체가 파도를 따라 위아래로 움직일 때 이 파도에 의해 발생되는 에너지를 리코일 스타터를 이용하여 태엽 스프링에 저장한 후 태엽 스프링에 저장된 에너지로 블레이드를 회전시켜 쓰레기를 포집함으로써 전기를 사용하지 않고도 해양 쓰레기를 지속적으로 포집할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
