MMA BRIDGE DECK WATERPROOFING MATERIAL COMPRISING MMA RESIN COMPOSITION AND BRIDGE DECK WATERPROOFING CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a methyl methacrylate (MMA) resin-based bridge deck waterproofing composition and a bridge deck waterproofing method using the same. More specifically, the MMA resin-based bridge deck waterproofing composition comprises: 100 parts by weight of an organic binder including 70 to 80 wt% of an MMA resin, 5 to 15 wt% of an unsaturated polyester (UPR) resin, 5 to 15 wt% of an expanded polystyrene (EPS) resin, and 0.1 to 0.5 wt% of a methyl ethyl ketone peroxide (MEKPO) hardener; 80 to 100 parts by weight of an inorganic binder having waste garnet fine aggregate obtained by mixing silica sand No. 9 (0.08 to 0.125 mm of a particle size) and No. 8 sand (0.125 to 0.18 mm of a particle size) at a 1:1 weight ratio; 10 to 30 parts by weight of a calcium carbonate filler; and 2 to 5 parts by weight of reinforcing fiber, thereby strengthening the adhesion of the unsaturated polyester resin to the bridge surface, improving the durability of the expanded polystyrene (EPS) resin against deterioration due to solar heat shielding, and improving the strength of the waterproof layer of waste garnet fine aggregate.
본 발명은 메틸메타크릴레이드(MMA)수지계 교면방수조성물 및 이를 이용한 교면방수공법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 메틸메타크릴레이드(MMA)수지 70~80중량%, 불포화폴리에스테르(UPR)수지 5~15중량%, 발포폴리스티렌(EPS)수지 5~15중량% 및 메틸에틸케톤퍼옥사이드(MEKPO) 경화제 0.1~0.5중량%를 포함하여 조성되는 유기결합제 100중량부와; 규사9호사(0.08~0.125mm)와 8호사(0.125~0.18mm) 입자크기의 폐가넷잔골재가 1:1중량비로 혼합되는 무기결합제 80~100중량부와; 탄산칼슘 충진제 10~30중량부와; 보강섬유 2~5중량부;를 포함조성되어 불포화폴리에스테르 수지의 교면 부착력보강, 발포폴리스티렌(EPS)수지의 태양열 차열에 의한 열화 내구성 향상 및 폐가넷잔골재의 방수층 강도 향상을 위한 메틸메타크릴레이드(MMA)수지계 교면방수조성물 및 이를 이용한 교면방수공법에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a methyl methacrylate (MMA) resin-based bridge deck waterproofing composition and a bridge deck waterproofing method using the same.
