MORTAR COMPOSITION INCLUDING HIGH DENSITY AND HEAVY WEIGHT FINE AGGREGATE
A mortar composition mixed with high-density weight fine aggregate according to the present invention comprises: 10-30 parts by weight of cement; and 70-90 parts by weight of aggregate, and comprises, based on a mixed weight of the cement and the aggregate: water mixed in an amount of 0.1-0.27 parts by weight; a foaming agent mixed in an amount of 0.005-0.06 parts by weight; a thickener mixed in an amount of 0.02-0.22 parts by weight; a fluidizing agent mixed in an amount of 0.04-0.3 parts by weight; and an antifoaming agent mixed in an amount of 0.02-0.24 parts by weight, wherein the aggregate is a fine aggregate, and a fine aggregate (10) having a density of 2.5-3.8 g/cm^2 is mixed. In this case, it is preferable that the mortar composition mixed with the high-density weight fine aggregate according to the present invention has a unit volume mass of 2,200-3,000 kg/m^3. Therefore, the mortar composition according to the present invention has a heavier weight and a higher density than the conventional mortar composition, thereby making it possible to increase a weight of a structure and improve a performance ratio.
본 발명의 고밀도 중량 잔골재가 혼합된 모르타르 조성물은 시멘트 10 ~ 30 중량부; 골재 70 ~ 90 중량부;를 포함하되, 상기 시멘트와 상기 골재의 혼합 중량을 기준으로, 0.1~0.27 중량부 혼합되는 물; 0.005 ~ 0.06 중량부 혼합되는 기포제; 0.02 ~ 0.22 중량부 혼합되는 증점제; 0.04 ~ 0.3 중량부 혼합되는 유동화제; 0.02 ~ 0.24 중량부 혼합되는 소포제를 포함하고, 골재는 잔골재로서, 밀도가 2.5 ~ 3.8 g/㎤ 인 잔골재(10)가 혼합된다. 이때 본 발명에 따른 고밀도 중량 잔골재가 혼합된 모르타르 조성물은 단위 용적질량이 2,200 ~ 3,000 kg/㎥ 인 것이 바람직하다.
