The present invention relates to a pile filler composition that is injected into a ground drilling hole formed for pile installation to strengthen the friction and bearing capacity of the pile. The present invention provides an eco-friendly pile filler composition containing: 40-55 wt% of cement; 30-45 wt% of a blast furnace slag fine powder; 10-20 wt% of high calcium fly ash with a CaO content of 25 wt% or more; and 5 to 10 wt% of chlorine bypass dust containing 30 to 50 wt% of chlorine (Cl) with the density of 2.1 to 2.3 g/cm^3, the fineness of 10,000 to 11,000 cm^2/g.
본 발명은 파일 설치를 위해 형성된 지반 천공홀에 주입되어 파일의 마찰력 및 지지력을 강화시키는 파일 채움재 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 「시멘트 40~55 wt%; 고로슬래그 미분말 30~45 wt%; CaO 함량이 25 wt% 이상인 고칼슘 플라이애시 10~20 wt%; 및 밀도 2.1~2.3 g/㎤, 분말도 10,000~11,000 ㎠/g이고, 염소(Cl)를 30~50 wt% 함유하는 염소 바이패스 더스트 5~10 wt%; 를 포함하는 친환경 파일 채움재 조성물」을 제공한다.
