The present invention relates to a corner molding for a food manufacturing facility that is installed to cover the corner portion of a food manufacturing facility, does not rot or corrode due to water, salt, or the like, and can structurally prevent contamination of the corner portion, and a method of constructing the same. To this end, according to the present invention, a corner molding for a food manufacturing facility comprises: a horizontal part which is installed in close contact with the floor at the corner portion and has a predetermined horizontal width and length; a round part whose one end is connected to one end of the horizontal part and is formed in an arc shape with a predetermined diameter to cover the corner portion; and a vertical part whose one end is connected to the other end of the round part and whose other end has a vertical predetermined length.
본 발명은 식품 제조시설의 코너 부분을 커버하도록 설치되면서 물과 염분 등에 의해 썩거나 부식되지 않고, 구조적으로 코너 부분의 오염을 확실하게 방지할 수 있는 식품 제조시설용 코너 몰딩 및 그 시공 방법에 관한 것이다. 상기의 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 식품 제조시설용 코너 몰딩은, 코너 부분 바닥에 밀착 설치되면서 수평으로 소정 폭과 길이를 가지는 수평부; 일단이 상기 수평부의 일단에 연결되면서 소정 지름을 가지는 호 형상으로 형성되어 코너 부분을 커버하는 라운드부; 및 일단이 상기 라운드부의 타단에 연결되면서 타단이 수직으로 소정 길이를 가지는 수직부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
