Deck Assembly Structure Using Joist Coupled Eccentric Clip
The present invention relates to a deck assembly structure using a joist-coupled eccentric clip, comprising: joists; deck materials installed on the upper side of the joists in a direction of intersecting with the joists; eccentric clips for fixing the deck materials to the joist; and coupling members for fixing the eccentric clips to the joist. The eccentric clip includes: a body part seated on an upper surface of the joists and having a coupling hole penetrating in a vertical direction to couple the coupling member; and wing parts having the shape of an arc extending upward from both sides of the body part and including an elastic force. The wing parts extend outward and upward from both sides of the body part and extend inward and upward, so an elastic deformation space is provided between the wing parts on both sides, and the wing parts can be closely inserted into elastic concave grooves of the deck materials installed on both sides. The present invention allows the deck materials to be closely installed and coupled, can respond well to the contraction and expansion of wood, can adjust intervals between the deck materials automatically into regular intervals, can prevent cracks caused by nails or screws, and can secure the walking safety of pedestrians by including no exposed nail or screw.
본 발명은 장선결합형 편심클립을 이용한 데크 조립구조로서, 장선들; 상기 장선들의 상측에 장선들과 교차하는 방향으로 설치되는 데크재들; 상기 데크재들을 상기 장선에 고정하는 편심클립들; 상기 편심클립들을 상기 장선에 고정하는 체결부재들;을 포함하고, 상기 편심클립은 상기 장선의 상면에 안착되고 상기 체결부재의 체결을 위한 체결공이 상하로 관통 형성된 몸체부와, 상기 몸체부의 양측에서 상측으로 연장된 호 형상으로 탄성력을 구비한 날개부를 포함하고, 상기 날개부는 상기 몸체부의 양측에서 외측이면서 상측으로 연장된 후 다시 내측이면서 상측으로 연장되어 양측의 날개부 사이에 탄성 변형공간을 구비하고 양측에 설치되는 데크재의 탄성요홈에 긴밀히 삽입될 수 있다. 본 발명은 데크재의 밀착 설치 및 결속이 신속 용이하고, 목재의 수축과 팽창에 잘 대응할 수 있으며, 데크재의 간격을 자동적으로 등간격으로 조정할 수 있고, 못이나 나사로 인한 데크재의 균열이 방지되며, 노출되는 못이나 나사가 없어 보행자의 보행 안전성이 확보될 수 있다.
