Fire Damaged Concrete Structure Recovery System
The present invention relates to a fire-damaged concrete structure recovery system which recovers a fire-damaged concrete structure and reinforces the strength thereof after analyzing the extent of damage to the fire-damaged concrete structure. According to the present invention, the fire-damaged concrete structure recovery system comprises: a photographing step of photographing a fire-damaged concrete structure with a plurality of cameras at set intervals; a non-destructive inspection step of inspecting the fire-damaged concrete structure through non-destructive inspection equipment; a measurement data transmission step of transmitting a measurement image and non-destructive inspection of the fire-damaged concrete structure acquired through the camera and non-destructive inspection equipment to a server where comparison data is stored via wired or wireless communication; a measurement data analysis step of storing the measurement image and non-destructive inspection data of the fire-damaged concrete structure transmitted to the server and analyzing the measurement image and non-destructive inspection data on the basis of the comparison data stored in the server; a concrete structure recovery step of setting a recovery location of the fire-damaged concrete structure through the measurement data analysis step and recovering the fire-damaged concrete structure through a structure reinforcement means; a step of photographing the fire-damaged concrete structure recovered through the structural reinforcement means with a plurality of cameras at set intervals, performing a non-destructive inspection through non-destructive inspection equipment, and transmitting data to the server via wired or wireless communication; and a safety inspection step of comparing the measured images and non-destructive inspection of the fire-damaged concrete structure acquired through the cameras and non-destructive inspection equipment with the data on the recovered structure transmitted via wired or wireless communication to confirm safety.
본 발명은 화재손상 콘크리트 구조물 복구시스템에 관한 것으로서, 화재손상 콘크리트 구조물을 복수개의 카메라로 설정간격을 두고 촬영하는 촬영단계; 상기 화재손상 콘크리트 구조물을 비파괴 검사장비를 통해 검사하는 비파괴 검사 단계; 상기 카메라와 비파괴 검사장비를 통해 촬영한 화재손상 콘크리트 구조물의 측정영상과 비파괴 검사를 유무선 통신을 통해 비교데이터가 저장된 서버에 전송하는 측정자료 전송단계; 상기 서버에 전달된 화재손상 콘크리트 구조물의 측정영상과 비파괴 검사 데이터를 저장한 후 상기 서버에 저장된 비교데이터를 바탕으로 측정영상과 비파괴 검사 데이터를 분석하는 측정자료 분석단계; 상기 측정자료 분석단계를 통해 화재손상 콘크리트 구조물의 복구 위치를 설정하고 구조물 보강수단을 통해 화재손상 콘크리트 구조물을 복구시키는 콘크리트 구조물 복구단계; 상기 구조물 보강수단을 통해 복구된 화재손상 콘크리트 구조물을 복수개의 카메라로 설정간격을 두고 촬영한 후, 비파괴 검사장비를 통해 비파괴 검사를 수행한 다음, 유무선 통신을 통해 상기 서버에 전송하는 복구 구조물 자료 전송단계; 및 상기 카메라와 비파괴 검사장비를 통해 촬영한 화재손상 콘크리트 구조물의 측정영상과 비파괴 검사를 유무선 통신을 통해 전송된 복구 구조물 자료와 비교데이터를 비교하여 안전여부를 확인하는 안전검사단계;를 포함한다.
