The present invention relates to an iron fence manufacturing system. The iron fence manufacturing system of the present invention comprises: an uncoiler unit which uncoils an iron as a material on one side of a process line; a straightening unit which supplies the iron uncoiled from the uncoiler unit to a flat panel in the process progressing direction; a first forming unit which forms continuously intersecting a valley part and a peak part by pressing the panel supplied from the straightening unit with a roll former unit; and a second forming unit which sequentially bends and folds the panel which has passed through the first forming unit through at least one additional roll former unit and roll forms the same into a rectangular tube of a certain shape.
본 발명은 철 휀스 제조 시스템에 관한 것으로, 공정라인의 일측에서 소재가 되는 철을 언코일하는 언코일러부; 상기 언코일러부로부터 언코일되는 철을 평판의 패널로 펴주면서 공정 진행방향으로 공급하는 스트레이트닝부; 상기 스트레이트닝부로부터 공급되는 패널을 롤 포머유닛으로 가압하여 연속적으로 교차되는 골부와 산부를 형성하는 제1 포밍부; 및 상기 제1 포밍부를 통과한 패널을 적어도 하나 이상의 부가 롤 포머유닛을 통해 순차적으로 절곡하여 접어서 일정형상의 각형관으로 롤 포밍하는 제2 포밍부를 포함한다.
