The present invention relates to a manually-operable eco-friendly waterproofing urethane urea hybrid composition, which includes: a main agent having a urethane prepolymer, a silane denaturant, a chain extender, a solvent, and a plasticizer; and a hardening agent including a polyester polyol, a polyether polyol, an amine compound, a chain extender, a plasticizer, a pigment and additives, and a waterproofing construction method using the same. Construction can be easily done by an ordinary person using general equipment, such as brushes or rollers, without using dedicated equipment or special personnel. Accordingly, a waterproofing coating film prepared as a result has excellent strength and high adhesion and durability. Therefore, the waterproofing coating film has the advantage of preventing coating peeling, damage, and subsequent water leaks and secondary damage.
본 발명은, 우레탄 프리폴리머, 실란 변성제, 쇄연장제, 용제 및 가소제를 포함하는 주제; 및 폴리에스터 폴리올, 폴리에테르 폴리올, 아민 화합물, 쇄연장제, 가소제, 안료 및 첨가제를 포함하는 경화제;를 포함하는, 수작업이 가능한 우레탄 우레아 하이브리드 친환경 방수재 조성물 및 이를 사용한 방수 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 전용 장비나 특수 인력의 사용 없이 붓이나 롤러 등과 같은 일반적인 장비로 일반인이 손쉽게 시공할 수 있고, 이에 따라 제조된 방수 도막은 강도가 우수하며, 부착성 및 내구성이 높아서 도막 박리, 손상 및 이에 따른 누수와 2차 피해 등을 방지할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
