Descending Apparatus for Evacuation Facilities
The present invention relates to a rappelling system for evacuation facilities that can lower an evacuation facility, where people can evacuate inside in the event of a disaster, to the ground after separating the evacuation facility from a building. More particularly, the rappelling system for evacuation facilities comprises: an evacuation room which is released to the outside from the balcony of the building and forms an evacuation space inside for people to evacuate; a wire which penetrates the evacuation room and moves the evacuation room to the ground; a deceleration device which is formed to surround the wire and slows down the movement of the evacuation room; and a control device installed in the evacuation room and controlling the speed of the wire.
본 발명은 재난 발생 시 사람이 내부로 대피할 수 있는 대피시설을 건물과 이격시킨 후 지상으로 하강시킬 수 있는 대피시설용 완강장치에 대한 것이며, 구체적으로 건물의 발코니에서 외부로 방출되며, 내부에 사람이 대피하는 대피공간이 형성되는 대피실과 대피실을 관통하며, 대피실을 지상으로 이동시키는 와이어와 와이어가 감싸지도록 형성되며, 대피실을 이동을 감속시키는 감속장치와 대피실에 형성되며, 와이어의 속도를 제어하는 제어장치를 구비한다.
