The present invention relates to a road liquid spraying system, which sprays liquid containing water for a clean road or salt water for removing snow and preventing freezing of the road. To this end, disclosed is the eco-friendly ultrafine oxygen water spraying system, which comprises: a storage tank which stores liquid; an oxygen generating unit which is arranged around the storage tank or on the inside of the storage tank to increase the dissolved oxygen amount of the liquid; a pipe which is extended along the road, and is installed in a buried type or an externally mounted type on the crash barrier, the road surface or the road side; a pump which transfers liquid of the storage tank by means of the pipe; and a plurality of spray nozzles which are fixedly installed at a predetermined interval along the road to be connected to the pipe by means of a high-pressure hose, and is selectively opened to spray the liquid on the road surface. Therefore, cleaner water may be sprayed on the road.
