The present invention relates to a waterway cover manufacturing apparatus and a manufactured waterway cover, which uses a mold to manufacture precisely a cover in contact with a waterway to prevent movement due to separation and joins and disassembles a sling ring as needed to ensure user convenience and stability. More specifically, the waterway cover manufacturing apparatus of the present invention comprises: a mold containing infused concrete mortar and having a sling hole formed on the bottom surface; a sling cap installed on the bottom surface of the mold; and a sling cap fixing device securing the sling cap to the mold to prevent the inflow of concrete mortar. Accordingly, maintaining the flatness and smoothness of a part in contact with the waterway is maintained in manufacturing a cover to close the open top of the waterway made by using concrete to eliminate instability caused by shaking and prevent damage caused by friction and vibration.
본 발명은 거푸집을 이용하여 수로와 접촉하는 덮개를 정밀하게 제작하여 이격으로 인한 움직임의 발생을 방지하며 필요시에 따라 슬링고리를 결합 및 해체하여 사용상의 편의성 및 안정성을 확보하는 수로덮개 제조장치 및 제조된 수로덮개에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 콘크리트 몰탈이 주입되며 슬링홀을 바닥면에 형성하는 거푸집, 상기 거푸집의 바닥면에 설치하는 슬링캡, 상기 슬링캡을 거푸집에 고정하며 콘크리트 몰탈의 유입을 방지하는 슬링캡고정구로 덮개를 제작하여; 콘크리트를 이용하여 제작한 수로의 개방된 상부를 폐쇄하기 위한 덮개의 제작시 수로와 접촉하는 부분의 평탄화와 매끄러움을 유지함으로써 흔들림으로 인하 불안정성을 해소하고 마찰과 진동으로 인한 파손을 방지하는 효과가 있다.
