The present invention relates to a handrail lighting device. More specifically, a main body including a side plate part formed into an L-shape to come in contact with a handrail wall surface is formed; an LED module waterproofed with an epoxy resin layer is fitted and installed in an upper part of an installation groove provided in the bottom of the main body; and a light-transmissive plate is placed at an opening end of the installation groove, and then, a finishing cap is coupled to both ends of the main body, and, as a result, the side plate part can be installed in contact with the handrail wall surface without a separate bracket for installation, and only the upper surface of the main body can be shown when seen from above the handrail, which can lead to an effect of creating an elegant exterior; a handrail lighting device which is directly coupled to the handrail can bring about an effect of preventing an installation angle of the lighting device from being twisted by vibrations from the handrail; the waterproofed LED module, which is separately manufactured and slidingly fitted and assembled in the installation groove, can considerably reduce production time; a heat radiation hole is formed on the outside of the installation groove to prevent an LED overheating phenomenon; and a screw coupling part is formed to protrude from the bottom of a slope provided in the installation groove such that the screw coupling part can support the LED module.
본 발명은 난간 조명장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 'L' 모양으로 형성되어 난간 벽면에 맞대어지는 측판부를 구비하는 메인바디를 형성하고, 메인바디의 저면부에 구비된 설치홈의 상부에는 에폭시수지층으로 방수처리된 LED모듈을 끼워설치하며, 설치홈의 개구단에 투광판을 안착시킨 후 메인바디의 양단으로 마감캡을 결합하여 구성하므로서, 별도의 설치용 브라켓 없이 측판부가 난간의 벽면에 맞대어진 상태로 설치됨에 따라 난간 위에서 보았을 때 메인바디의 상부면 만이 보여지므로 외관이 미려해지는 효과를 기대할 수 있고, 난간 조명장치가 직접 난간에 결합되므로 난간에서 발생하는 진동에 의한 조명장치의 설치각도 틀어짐 현상이 발생하지 않게되는 효과를 기대할 수 있고, 방수처리된 LED모듈을 별도 제작하여 설치홈에 슬라이드 방식으로 끼워 조립함에 따라 제품 생산시간을 현저히 줄여줄 수 있도록 하였으며, 설치홈의 외측에 방열홀을 형성하여 LED의 과열현상이 발생하지 않도록 하였고, 설치홈에 구비되는 경사면 하단에 나사결합부를 돌출되게 형성하여 나사결합부가 LED모듈을 받쳐줄 수 있도록 구성한 난간 조명장치에 관한 것이다.
The present invention relates to a handrail lighting device.
