Disclosed are a wall finishing metal panel and a caulk-free wall construction structure using the metal panel. A wall finishing metal panel and a caulk-free wall construction structure using the metal panel, according to the present invention, include: a locking flange that is bent in an orthogonal direction so as to protrude and extend inward from each of any two adjacent ends of side walls respectively formed on four edges of a square metal plate, and is coupled to and fitted into a clip bracket installed on a truss frame or load-bearing wall of a building structure; a shield joint flange that is bent in an orthogonal direction so as to protrude and extend outward from each of the other two adjacent ends of the side walls; and an elastic clip that is provided integrally formed with the shield joint flange and has coupled to and fitted thereinto a locking flange of another adjacently installed metal panel. According to this configuration, the assembly of unit finishing panels is simple and easy, which not only shortens construction time, reduces construction costs, and improves construction precision, but also enables the construction of a wall of a caulk-free shield joint structure, thereby effectively preventing the infiltration of rainwater and foreign substances and easily ensuring a refined appearance.
본 발명은 벽체마감 금속패널 및 그 금속패널을 이용한 무코킹 벽체 시공구조를 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 벽체마감 금속패널 및 그 금속패널을 이용한 무코킹 벽체 시공구조는, 사각 금속판재의 네변 테두리에 각각 형성된 측벽 중 서로 인접한 어느 두 곳의 끝단에 각각 내측으로 돌출되어 연장되도록 직교하는 방향으로 절곡되어 건축구조물의 트러스 프레임이나 내력벽체에 설치되는 클립 브래킷에 끼워지도록 결합되는 걸림 플랜지와, 측벽 중 서로 인접한 다른 두 곳의 끝단에 각각 외측으로 돌출되어 연장되도록 직교하는 방향으로 절곡되는 차폐 줄눈 플랜지 및 그 차폐 줄눈 플랜지에 일체적으로 형성되도록 구비되어 인접하게 설치되는 다른 금속패널의 걸림 플랜지가 끼워지도록 결합되는 탄성 클립을 포함하여 이루어진 구성을 가진다. 이와 같은 구성에 의하면, 단위 마감패널의 조립이 간편하고 용이하여 시공시간의 단축과 시공비용의 절감 및 시공정밀도를 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 무코킹 차폐 줄눈 구조의 벽체 시공이 가능하여 빗물과 이물질 등의 침투를 효과적으로 방지할 수 있는 기능과 유려한 외관미를 용이하게 확보할 수 있다.
