Structure load-bearing reinforcement device using stranded wire and its reinforcement method
The present invention relates to a structure load-bearing reinforcement device using a stranded wire and a reinforcement method thereof. The structure load-bearing reinforcement device using a stranded wire according to the present invention comprises: a first mounting part installed on one side of a girder side surface part; a second mounting part installed on the other side of the girder side surface part; end reinforcement plates installed on top of the first mounting part and the second mounting part, respectively; a stranded wire part composed of a first stranded wire and a second stranded wire and installed to introduce prestressing thereinto; and a coupling member for closely mounting the first stranded wire and the second stranded wire to the first mounting part and the second mounting part. The structure load-bearing reinforcement method using a stranded wire according to the present invention comprises the steps of: a) smoothing one surface and the other surface of the girder side surface part, which is a target portion for construction; b) determining positions where the first mounting part and the second mounting part are to be mounted on the target portion for construction having the surface thereof smoothed, and then drilling a plurality of anchors; c) closely fixing the first mounting part and the second mounting part to one side and the other side of the girder side surface part, respectively; d) installing end reinforcement plates on top of the first mounting part and the second mounting part, respectively; and e) allowing the first stranded wire and the second stranded wire to penetrate between the first mounting part and the second mounting part in step c), and then mounting one end and the other end of the first stranded wire and the second stranded wire using the coupling member. Therefore, provided are a structure load-bearing reinforcement device using a stranded wire and a reinforcement method thereof, wherein the load-bearing of a bridge slab can be improved greatly.
본 발명은 강연선을 이용한 구조물 내하력 보강장치 및 이의 보강공법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 강연선을 이용한 구조물 내하력 보강장치는, 거더 측면부의 일측에 설치되는 제1정착부; 상기 거더 측면부의 타측에 설치되는 제2정착부; 상기 제1정착부 및 제2정착부의 상부에 각각 설치되는 단부보강판; 제1강연선과 제2강연선으로 구성되어 프리스트레싱이 도입되도록 설치되는 강연선부; 및 상기 제1강연선 및 제2강연선을 제1정착부와 제2정착부에 긴밀하게 정착시키는 체결부재;를 포함한다. 한편, 본 발명에 따른 강연선을 이용한 구조물 내하력 보강공법은, a) 시공대상 부위인 거더 측면부의 일측 표면과 타측 표면을 매끄럽게 처리하는 단계; b) 표면이 매끄럽게 처리된 시공대상 부위에 제1정착부 및 제2정착부가 정착될 위치를 결정한 후, 다수의 앵커를 천공하는 단계; c) 거더 측면부의 일측과 타측에 제1정착부 및 제2정착부를 각각 밀착 고정시키는 단계; d) 상기 제1정착부 및 제2정착부의 상부에 단부보강판을 각각 설치하는 단계; 및 e) 상기 c)단계의 제1정착부와 제2정착부 사이로 제1강연선과 제2강연선을 관통시킨 다음, 상기 제1강연선 및 제2강연선의 일단과 타단을 체결부재로 정착하는 단계;를 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a structure load-bearing reinforcement device using a stranded wire and a reinforcement method thereof. The structure load-bearing reinforcement device using a stranded wire according to the present invention comprises: a first mounting part installed on one side of a girder side surface part; a second mounting part installed on the other side of the girder side surface part; end reinforcement plates installed on top of the first mounting part and the second mounting part, respectively; a stranded wire part composed of a first stranded wire and a second stranded wire and installed to introduce prestressing thereinto; and a coupling member for closely mounting the first stranded wire and the second stranded wire to the first mounting part and the second mounting part.
