SHEAR POCKET DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING PRECAST SLAB DECK MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF AND PRECAST SLAB DECK CONTAINING LEVELING CONTROL DEVICE MANUFACTURED THEREBY
Provided is a shear pocket mold for manufacturing a precast slab deck. In an embodiment, provided is a shear pocket mold for forming a shear pocket on a precast slab deck installed on a girder, comprising: a connector having a predetermined area to be buried in the precast slab deck, and having at least one through-hole penetrating in a vertical direction; an upper mold installed above the connector and having a structure such that the area gradually becomes larger upward; and a lower mold installed below the connector and having a structure such that the area becomes larger downward, wherein the upper mold and the lower mold may be installed to be able to be separated from the connector. Therefore, the efficient structure of an overturn-preventing member can be realized, and the convenience of construction can be improved while applying a leveling control device.
프리캐스트 바닥판 제작 용 전단포켓 거푸집이 제공된다. 일 실시예에 있어서, 거더 상에 설치되는 프리캐스트 바닥판에 전단포켓을 형성하기 위한 전단포켓 거푸집에 있어서, 상기 프리캐스트 바닥판에 매립되기 위해 소정 면적을 갖고, 상하로 관통되는 적어도 하나의 관통홀이 마련된 커넥터; 상기 커넥터 상부에 설치되되 상방을 향해 점차 면적이 넓어지는 구조를 갖는 상부거푸집; 및 상기 커넥터 하부에 설치되되 하방을 향해 점차 면적이 넓어지는 구조를 갖는 하부거푸집;을 포함하고, 상기 상부거푸집 및 상기 하부거푸집은 상기 커넥터로부터 분리가 가능하도록 설치될 수 있다.
