Ceiling structure with different heights and their construction methods
The present invention relates to a ceiling structure with different heights and a construction method thereof. An objective of the present invention is to provide a ceiling structure with different heights and a construction method thereof, which enables quick and simple construction by simply connecting the stepped space of lower and upper ceilings through a stepped portion finishing plate pre-produced according to the stepped height and installing finishing molding to be fitted and coupled to the stepped portion finishing plate when a ceiling finishing surface is formed to have different heights for a lighting installation space or beautiful interior during indoor ceiling finishing construction of a building. To achieve the objective, the ceiling structure with different heights comprises: an upper ceiling panel which is installed to be supported by a ceiling; a lower ceiling panel which is located to be spaced apart downward from the upper ceiling panel and is installed to be supported by the ceiling; a stepped portion finishing plate which has an upper end coupled to the upper ceiling panel, has a lower end coupled to the lower ceiling panel, covers and finishes the space between the upper and lower ceiling panels, and is formed with one or more fit grooves; and finishing molding which is formed with a fit protrusion corresponding to the fit groove and is fitted and coupled to the stepped portion finishing plate to finish the outer surface of the stepped portion finishing plate.
본 발명은 단차형성 천장구조체 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 건축물의 실내 천장 마감 시공시 미려한 인테리어 시공 또는 조명의 설치 공간 형성을 위해 천장 마감면을 단차지도록 형성할 경우 상부천장과 하부천장의 단차 공간을 단차 높이에 맞게 미리 생산되어 있는 단차마감플레이트를 통해 간단하게 연결하고 상기 단차마감플레이트에 마감용 몰딩이 끼움 결합되도록 설치하여 설치하여 빠르고 간편한 시공이 이루어지도록 하는 단차형성 천장구조체 및 그 시공방법을 제공함에 있다. 상기 목적 달성을 위한 본 발명은, 천장에 지지되도록 설치되는 상부천장 패널; 상기 상부천장 패널에서 하부방향으로 이격되도록 위치하고 천장에 지지되도록 설치되는 하부천장 패널; 상기 상부천장 패널에 상단이 결합되고, 하단은 상기 하부천장 패널에 결합되며 상부천장 패널과 하부천장 패널의 이격공간을 덮어 마감해주고 1개 이상의 끼움홈이 형성되어 있는 단차마감플레이트; 상기 끼움홈에 대응되도록 끼움돌기가 형성되어 상기 단차마감플레이트에 끼움 결합되어 단차마감플레이트의 외면을 마감해주는 마감용 몰딩;을 포함하여 구성된 것을 기술적 요지로 한다.
