SQUARE PANEL FOR ACCESS FLOOR HAVING CORNER-LOCK FASTENING STRUCTURE

Disclosed in the present invention is a rectangular panel for a raised floor having a corner lock fastening structure that allows the rectangular floor panels to be aligned and arranged in the correct position. The rectangular panel for a raised floor having a corner lock fastening structure comprises: a rectangular floor panel unit (110) including a corner seating groove (111), an upper panel (112) with a fastening groove (112a) recessed into the corner seating groove (111), and a lower panel (113) formed at the bottom of the upper panel (112); a corner fastening block unit (120) including a fastening block (121) having a vertical through hole (121a) formed in the center and a fastener (121b) protruding from the bottom, a locking bolt (122) inserted into the through hole (121a), and a finishing tile (123) coupled to the top of the fastening block (121); and a floor fixing block unit (130) including a housing (131) fixed to the top of the structure on which the rectangular floor panel unit (110) is installed, a panel support movable block (132) formed to protrude at a certain height on the inside of the housing (131), a cylindrical panel support (133) formed with a locking bolt hole (133a) into which the locking bolt (122) is fastened, a finishing plate (134) supporting the panel support movable block (132), and a bottom fixing pin (135) supported and fixed to the finishing plate (134).

본 발명은, 각 코너에 일정깊이로 형성되고, 꼭지점 영역이 특정 형태로 내측으로 절단된 코너안착홈(111)과, 코너안착홈(111)의 내부에 만입 형성된 체결홈(112a)이 형성된 상부패널(112), 및 상부패널(112)의 면적보다 작은 면적으로 형성되어 상부패널(112)의 하단에 형성된 하부패널(113)로 이루어진, 각형 바닥패널부(110), 중앙에 수직방향으로 관통홀(121a)이 형성되고, 저면에 체결홈(112a)에 상응하여 돌출된 체결구(121b)가 형성된 체결블록(121)과, 관통홀(121a)에 삽입되는 락킹볼트(122)와, 체결블록(121)의 상단에 결합되는 마감타일(123)로 이루어진, 코너체결블록부(120), 및 각형 바닥패널부(110)가 설치되는 구조물의 상단에 고정되는 하우징(131)과, 하우징(131)의 내측에 일정높이로 돌출되어 형성된 패널서포트 가동블록(132)과, 패널서포트 가동블록(132)의 중앙으로부터 일정높이로 돌출 형성되고, 락킹볼트(122)가 체결되는 락킹볼트홀(133a)이 형성된 원통형의 패널서프트(133)와, 하우징(131)의 저면에 접착, 용접 또는 볼트체결되어 결합되어서 패널서포트 가동블록(132)을 지지하는 마감플레이트(134)와, 패널서프트(133)의 중공에 삽입되어 마감플레이트(134)에 지지되어 고정되는 바닥고정핀(135)으로 이루어진, 바닥고정블록부(130)를 포함하여, 각형 바닥패널을 정위치에 정렬하여 배치하도록 하는, 코너락 체결구조를 구비한 이중바닥용 각형 패널을 개시한다.
