Abstract

본 발명은 바인더 무첨가 질화붕소 필름의 제조 방법 및 이에 따라 제조되는 질화붕소 필름을 포함하는 방열 재료에 관한 것으로서, 유성 볼 밀링(planetary ball milling)을 이용하여 육방정 질화붕소 입자를 드라이 볼 밀링(dry ball milling)하여 1차 박리하는 단계, 상기 1차 박리된 질화붕소 입자를 웻 볼 밀링(wet ball milling)하여 2차 박리하는 단계, 상기 2차 박리된 질화붕소 입자를 종횡비에 따라 선별하여 질화붕소 슬러리를 형성하는 단계 및 상기 질화붕소 슬러리를 주조하는 단계를 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a binder-free boron nitride film and a heat dissipation material including a boron nitride film manufactured thereby. The method for manufacturing a binder-free boron nitride film comprises: a first peeling step of performing dry ball milling for hexagonal boron nitride particles by using planetary ball milling; a second peeling step of performing wet ball milling for the first peeled boron nitride particles; a step of forming boron nitride slurry by selecting the second peeled boron nitride particles according to an aspect ratio; and a step of casting the boron nitride slurry. The present invention can be used as a heat dissipation paint.
