The present invention relates to a glass fiber rebar manufacturing device, comprising: a raw material roving unit (100) for placing a plurality of yarns; a resin impregnation and molding unit (200) for inserting yarns placed in the raw material roving unit (100) and forming the same by impregnating with resin to form a first semi-finished product; a winding unit (300) for winding the first semi-finished product impregnated with resin and molded in the resin impregnation and molding unit (200) to form a second semi-finished product; a drying unit (400) for drying the second semi-finished product wound in the winding unit (300) to form a third semi-finished product; a cooling unit (500) for cooling the third semi-finished product dried in the drying unit (400) to form a fourth semi-finished product; a drawing unit (600) for drawing the fourth semi-finished product cooled in the cooling unit (500) to form a fifth semi-finished product; a cutting unit (700) for cutting the fifth semi-finished product drawn from the drawing unit (600) to make a finished product; and a loading unit (800) for loading the finished product cut from the cutting unit (700). The present invention is easy to use due to the high tensile strength and light weight thereof and is free from corrosion compared to metal reinforcing bars. Also, the present invention has a remarkable effect of reducing manufacturing costs.
본 발명은 유리섬유 철근 제조장치에 관한 것으로, 원사를 복수 개 거치하는 원자재로빙부(100)와, 원자재로빙부(100)에 거치되어 있는 원사가 투입되어 수지함침 및 성형하여 1차 반제품을 형성하는 수지함침 및 성형부(200)와, 상기 수지함침 및 성형부(200)에서 수지함침 및 성형된 1차 반제품을 와인딩하여 2차 반제품을 형성하는 와인딩부(300)와, 상기 와인딩부(300)에서 와인딩된 2차 반제품을 건조하여 3차 반제품으로 만드는 건조부(400)와, 상기 건조부(400)에서 건조된 3차 반제품을 냉각하여 4차 반제품으로 만드는 냉각부(500)와, 상기 냉각부(500)에서 냉각된 4차 반제품을 당겨서 인발하여 5차 반제품을 만드는 인발부(600)와, 상기 인발부(600)에서 인발된 5차 반제품을 컷팅하여 완제품을 만드는 컷팅부(700)와, 상기 컷팅부(700)에서 컷팅된 완제품을 적재하는 적재부(800)로 이루어지는 것으로, 본 발명은 금속철근에 비해 부식이 없고, 높은 인장강도와 가벼운 무게로 사용하기 좋으며, 제작비용절감을 할 수 있는 현저한 효과가 있다.
