A Method for Repairing the Section of Concrete Structures Using Water Jet and Waste Glass Recycled Aggregate
The present invention relates to a concrete structure cross-sectional repair method using water jet and recycled waste glass aggregate, comprising: a step of chipping a repaired area of the concrete structure using a water jet spray device (S10); and a step of pouring repair mortar compositions including cement, blast furnace slag, expanding materials, early strength enhancing materials, waste glass recycled aggregate, antifoaming material, moisturizing material, setting control material, shrinkage reducing material, polymer resin, and reinforcing fiber into the repair area of the concrete structure. Thus, the present invention can provide the repair mortar with excellent physical properties such as strength while using recycled waste glass aggregate.
본 발명은 콘크리트 구조물의 보수부위를 워터젯 분사장치를 이용하여 치핑하는 단계(S10); 시멘트, 고로슬래그, 팽창재, 조기강도 증진재, 폐유리 재생골재, 소포재, 보습재, 응결조절재, 수축저감재, 폴리머 수지, 보강섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보수용 모르타르 조성물을 콘크리트 구조물의 보수부위에 타설하는 단계(S20);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 워터젯과 폐유리 재생골재를 활용한 콘크리트 구조물 단면보수공법에 관한 것이다.
