Integral handle with built-in locking mechanism
The present invention relates to a handle formed by being installed facing each other on the outside and inside of a safe door frame (10) and comprises: a body frame (30) provided as a pair facing the inside and outside of the safe door frame (10), with first and second key boxes (31, 33) separately installed facing each other in the central portion, and with a rod (20) integrally extending to the upper and lower outer surfaces of the first and second key boxes (31, 33); a locking bar (40) installed on one side of the inner side of the safe door frame (10) and axially coupled with the first and second key boxes (31, 33) to lock and unlock the safe door frame (10); and a handle (50) provided with a screw hole (53) that is interlocked with a screw rod (52) of a coupling means (55) formed at one end of the rod (20) and performing opening and closing by entering and exiting the safe door frame (10). Accordingly, the present invention improves the conventional work environment where the individual components had to be installed by embedding a locking device restricting the entry and exit of a safe door into a body frame to which a handle is coupled and installing and fixing the same at once, simplifying and facilitating the installation work and also reducing the work time due to the simplified installation.
본 발명은 세이프도어 프레임(10)상에서 외부와 내부에 대향되게 설치하여 형성되는 손잡이에 관련되며, 그 구성의 특징으로서 상기 세이프도어 프레임(10)의 내부와 외부에 대향하여 한 쌍으로 구비하고, 중앙부에 제1,2키박스(31)(33)가 각각 대향지게 설치되면서 제1,2키박스(31)(33)의 상하부 외면으로 로드(20)가 일체로 연장되는 동체프레임(30); 상기 세이프도어 프레임(10)의 내부 일측에 설치되고, 제1,2키박스(31)(33)와 축결합하여 세이프도어 프레임(10)을 괘· 해정하는 잠금바(40); 및 상기 로드(20)의 일단에 형성된 결합수단(55)의 나사봉(52)과 서로 맞물려 결합되는 나사공(53)이 구비되고, 세이프도어 프레임(10)의 출입에 의한 개폐를 수행하는 손잡이(50);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.이에 따라 본 발명은, 세이프도어의 출입을 제한하는 잠금장치를 손잡이가 결합되는 동체프레임에 내장하여 세이프도어에 한 번에 설치하여 고정할 수 있어 개별구성으로 설치해야 했던 종래의 작업환경을 개선하여 설치작업을 단순화하고 용이하게 수행할 수 있으며, 간소화된 설치로 인하여 작업시간 또한 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
